Heather was amazing! I would highly recommend her course. I feel so lucky that I found her. She gets right to the point and actually teaches you. She uses real life examples. She is personable and kind. I was able to complete the course in my home, which was incredibly convenient. My 2-year-old was home with me, and she even got him involved, and he had so much fun. 10/10 recommend!

Heather Mortimer conducted a CPR training course at Haverhill Bank on February 3rd in Haverhill, MA. I thought the class was excellent. Heather communicated well and her delivery was very professional and friendly. She made the curriculum very clear and accessible to all of us. My husband, nanny, and I all needed a refresher now that our youngest is starting solids and Heather was great! We feel much more prepared in the event of an emergency for an adult, child or infant. If you are questioning if you should refresh your skills done hesitate because it really can save lives.

Heather was a really nice woman, she gets straight to the point. Very relatable with the amount of personal stories that she tosses in between the lectures, kept me stay really engaged and reminded me why what she was teaching was important. She was an all around great instructor~ giving clear instructions, while also making it fun and relatable. Would totally recommend.
