Purchased 2 used stretchers from Coast. The agreement was that they would come as-is fully functional with all components. Both were missing key components and 1 had operational buttons that are dysfunctional and not repairable. I have not unboxed the 2nd stretcher.

The salesman refused to troubleshoot or send replacement parts to make the cot functional. After the sale the salesman was not interested in fulfilling/honoring the contract as he states "When we spoke on the phone I was reluctant to sell you the cots and that if we did they would be as is working condition. You reassured me you were good with that and that you guys have the ability to fix issues on your end."

I will get "working condition" unless they don't work then you'll have to live with non-functioning cots that can't be repaired because you agreed to that. I did not agree to getting stretchers that are unrepairable or don't function.

We recently purchased a couple of Stryker Power Cots from Coast to add to our fleet. The Coast Team was very helpful from the start of the transaction through delivery. The cots also exceeded our expectations and were truly refurbished. We will definitely be using Coast again for future purchases.

we reached out to coast for a replacement spo2 pcb for an old Zoll e series we use for street medicine. They informed us they had the part (difficult to find) and charged us over 200 for it +s/h. They seemed knowledgeable and we even provided detailed description of what we needed. Part received while on a trip out of country taking rn students for their clinical, so obviously couldn't verify part or get it installed. Well upon return , opened part and it was incorrect part. However, customer service and admin worked hard to replace the incorrect part and even gave us return label and then shipped us the correct part 🙂 hopefully it works

Place is great friendly staff, the receptionist is a really nice and jolly. Received all the items that were requested in a timely matter. Had questions on some items if it would work on my unit reached out to them and they directed me to the correct items.. would recommend.
