Great place. No complaints at all. Everything was so easy. Got an appointment pretty much right away and got my hearing aids within 2 weeks. Staff was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is the third set of hearing aids that I have had. I found Cyndi ar Coastal Hearing Clinic to be extremely knowledgable of multiple brands of aids available. She listened closely to what my expectstions and needs were and was able to select several that would fit my needs and best correct my hearing loss. She is respectful and unhurried in helping me make my decision. She also contacted my insurance carrier to minimize out of pocket costs. Cynthia Connolly truly “listens” in a comfortable patient centered approach using your reported history and providing a comprehensive hearing evaluation to determine the best outcome to help deal with possible hearing needs and issues. She is highly knowledgeable and able to help get the right hearing aid that best meets your needs.
Cynthia then makes it a custom fitting and helps you with understanding the helpful technology about the hearing aid. She follows up with you to ensure our hearing challenges are best remediated.
