First and most importantly: Everyone I've interacted with so far has been kind & friendly. More than I can say about other places.

But on the other hand.. There seems to be a lot of confusion & miscommunication among staff, in terms of operations, procedures, expectations, etc. After my intake appt (same day, which was great), I asked if I would automatically be reached out to, in order to setup my appts for therapy & stuff that the provider recommended. No one at the front or over the phone seemed to have the most simple & basic answer. "How/when will my services start" (therapy, vocational help, etc). The only thing they kept saying was "I'm only seeing a follow up appt with the provider in June?" Just please get everyone on the same page.

I also think a lot of these staff, kind & caring though they are, could afford to be a little bit better at reading clues & maybe probing & asking questions/individualizing the patient better Because I thought I made it pretty clear (without being TOO direct, maybe my fault idk) that I'm currently going through an extreme crisis that I can't stand for 1 more second! And need services ASAP!!! I don't have weeks, or even days at this point! UGH!!

But at the same time.. These places are my biggest fear by far! Imprisoning you and forcing mind-altering substances upon you until you're what/who they like and think you should be! But I'm so rock bottom at this point, that even my worst fears can't be any worse... Even if their substances change my soul & conscience, it won't be any worse than this foul creep that SHOULD be thrown away...

Idk. It seems like they move pretty quickly and they're gonna get me going as soon as they can.. I just.. I have no idea what I'm even "hoping" for tbh.. It would take a miracle and a time machine to pull me out of this mess. God, I know I shouldn't be selfish, and there's other people ahead of me. But isn't there SOMEONE who can see me like ASAP Hell, even if it's just a nurse to check my vitals and see if I still have a pulse at this point

I'll update this review, hopefully for the better, as any developments (or lack thereof) unfold. So far, good enough to continue seeing what they're all about. If they can somehow pull me from spiraling in a pitch black void, as I'm currently convinced is impossible... Then they'll be worthy of my utmost praises, and I'll be forever indebted.

Genoa Pharmacy is an outstanding organization and the staff here are phenomenal. Compassionate, empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable pharmacists. Always answer the phone (no automated directory where you can only leave a voicemail) and can fill your prescription quickly. There is no comparison between Genoa and the “other” big pharmacies as Genoa easily exceeds what those two can offer.

Murphy Murantis is by far the best provider I've ever had. He's one of the few that really cares about his patients! The staff are top notch as well, never have had any issues with Codak, they're always very nice and professional!!!

I've been with CODAC for over 20 years. Never had a problem regarding appointments, waiting time on the phone, and unfriendliness☺️.
If I were to say anything negative, it'd be the turn -around with personal case-managers (if one were needed).
There isn't enough room here to explain how "wonderful" my Doctor is and has been. I would like to thank everyone for being so , so kind , always to me ❤️!!

Ps. ..I only receive "medical/prescriptions" , regarding my mental issues (biologically , from birth) so for me, Dr. Bupp understands, and always has. He understands /respects that for me, I just need meds for my chemical -imbalance instead of, " why do you feel this way or that , thinking-wise"..
I wouldn't have been with any doctor, ever (except for DR.B, CODAC) and there are no other explanations why I'm alive today. Thank you Dr.Bupp!!

Their new conduct is policy before patient needs. ppl don't go here since the new year the ppl here don't care any more. If you have medical or mental needs, they push policy before ppl if you don't meet their wants it's goodbye go ahead and die.

Codac Behavioral Health, Dr. Kathryn Clarke, and Matt Boutin

Where do I even begin? Codac Behavioral Health has been a sanctuary for me in some of the most challenging moments of my life. They’ve shown me what true compassion, dedication, and care look like.

Dr. Kathryn Clarke has been an absolute rock in my journey. She listens with her heart, truly hearing every word I say, and never makes me feel like just another patient. She takes the time to understand my unique struggles and works tirelessly to find solutions that genuinely fit my needs. Her kindness and expertise have been life-changing.

And then there’s Matt Boutin—he’s nothing short of phenomenal. Matt has an innate ability to create a safe, welcoming space where I can be vulnerable and open without fear of judgment. His guidance has been instrumental in helping me build resilience and move forward in my healing journey.

Together, they’ve made such a profound difference in my life. They’ve been patient when I needed time, firm when I needed a push, and unwaveringly supportive through it all. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without their care and Codac’s incredible team.

To anyone out there searching for hope and healing, Codac Behavioral Health, Dr. Clarke, and Matt Boutin are a testament to what exceptional mental health care should look like. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me and my family.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
