While I’ve had some disappointing experiences with front desk service at Codman Square Urgent Care, I want to highlight the truly exceptional care I’ve received in Family Medicine from Dr. Madelyn Vincent. Dr. Vincent is one of the most compassionate, attentive, and thoughtful doctors I’ve ever had. She listens deeply, takes time to understand what’s going on, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel seen, heard, and supported.

After returning to Boston and having previously received excellent healthcare through my job out of state, I’ve struggled to find the same level of care in community clinics. Too often, spaces serving predominantly Black and Brown working-class patients can feel rushed, dismissive, or even demoralizing. But Dr. Vincent stands out as someone setting a much-needed higher standard.

She’s a true asset to Codman, and I feel incredibly grateful to have her as my doctor. Five stars for Dr. Vincent—without hesitation. The clinic overall gets four.

Sought care at urgent care and it was the quickest, most professional healthcare visit I’ve had in a long time. From front desk, the wait time, to the providers, everyone was prompt and courteous. I was and still am miserably sick but I got what I came for and got back in bed in about an hours time. I’m very pleased with the health center!

Best decision I did was switch my family to this clinic ! My son that has been struggling (autistic ) they got to the bottom of it quickly ! At the other clinic they told
Me 3 years for his appointment to get
Diagnosed !!!and he got it in 6 months !!!! They helped out with his asthma diagnosed him ! And he is doing so much better !!!! No contemplating !!! When it comes to your health ! I also got seen and very taken care of !! The doctors and nurses are amazing ! His doctor checks in on him and we appreciate it a lot ! I will not be changing clinics ! We are here to stay ! I def recommend

Best care in the city. Providers take time to understand more than the symptoms that brought you in. Plus it's nearly a one stop shop for the care most of us need...family medicine, eye care, dental care, behavioral health, imaging. So glad we found Codman Square Health!

It was really good the doctors are very patient as well as the other employees. Only in the pharmacy the principle does not give me the possibility Access to medication without having money in hand. After that, everything went well.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The receptionist and care manager were both exceptional—empathetic and true to their word in helping me. The entire medical and administrative staff provided excellent service. Given how saturated Boston is right now and how difficult it can be to find a clinic accepting new patients, I’m truly grateful I was able to see a new PCP here. Thank you!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Angela McLaughlin, and I was really impressed by her care. Dr. McLaughlin was great—very easy to talk to and easygoing, which made the whole experience comfortable. Even though she seemed to be in a rush that day, she still made the time to see me and address all my concerns without making me feel hurried.

The staff I interacted with were also wonderful. A young lady even took the time to give me clear directions to the pharmacy, which was really helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience with both Dr. McLaughlin and the staff. Thank you all!
