This has been quite literally the WORST Doctor & office I've EVER experienced. I would give ZERO stars if I could. My daughter has been a patient here for about 4 years. Over that time, we have NEVER had a good experience. Dr. Cohen can care less about any issues your child is having, he just gets through the appointment as quick as possible. The front desk staff is always rude. When you call to make appointments, they don't answer. When you leave a message for an appointment, nobody calls you back. Then when you're desperate to get your little one seen cause she's in pain so you walk in first thing in the morning when they open they say you need to call for an appointment, and even after explaining that I called several times and left messages over the past 2 days and heard NOTHING back, they STILL get rude as if I'm the one who did something wrong? I'm sorry, but my daughter needs to be seen by her assigned Dr. And since it's impossible to make an appointment, I did what any mother would. I got my daughter in to see her Doctor.... Not only is all this complicated and frustrating, but even in the slightest chance that you get through to someone and make an appointment... the day of the appointment.... NOBODY WILL EVEN BE THERE. What kind of Doctor misses their appointments without any notice? Basically, if you care about your children's health and well being, Dr. Cohen's office is absolutely the very last place on earth you should send your child. & even if he were the last on earth, you could probably provide better care on your own anyways.

I've been taking my all 4 of children to Dr, Cohan for 20 years now. I love hm! I do experience the front staff not answering their phone and referrals not getting out, so i go in to personally talk to the staff, and it shouldn't be that way, but i love Dr Cohan, and the ladies are nice who work the front. Maybe there's an issue with the phone linethat they're not aware of

Dr Cohan is AMAZING! I've been taking my kids to him for YEARS!!! He is so quick with his appointments which is SO VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME!!! He always makes sure that whatever I bring my kid in for, I'm well-informed about!!! He is great with kids and gets straight to the issue! AGAIN, I can't appreciate the QUICK visits enough!!! Also, everytime that I've called when my kid was sick, they were able to get my kid in same day!! His front office staff is always professional & great!!! I recommend Dr Cohan and his office staff ALL THE TIME to new moms or parents looking for a pediatrician! In fact, my grandson was just born and my daughter is bringing him in to Dr Cohan! He was also her pediatrician!!! I'm very relieved I found such a great pediatrician!! Thank you Dr Cohan and staff!!!

If you visit a pediatrician just to have vaccinations papers pushed down your throat every single visit(just in case you changed your mind since last visit😄), without even listening to you Dr. Cohan and his disgusting stuff is at your service... for real medical advice on all other matters find real doctors. P.S. we have been with them for 20 years, and not against vaccinations, but lately all they care is agenda around vaccines😪 so sad...

Dr. Cohan and the office staff are amazing. I am so glad we took him as our Pediatrician. My son has been very ill all week. And Dr. Cohan has been incredible.

I LOVE that when i need help after hours it is Dr. Cohan, HIMSELF that typically calls me back and is on call after hours. It makes me feel like he cares about my children. Unlike our last ped, where you had to call an advice nurse and wait for an hour to get a call back from someone that has NEVER treated my child. Here, Dr. Cohan has treated my child and takes the job very seriously by taking care of his patients even after hes gone home for the day.

I have talked to Dr. Cohan twice this week after 10 pm..... Both calls returned promptly, within 15 minutes. THAT is a great Doctor, in my opinion. A man who cares THAT much for his patients.... is a man who i will gladly let keep treating my children.

I am still quite happy with Dr. Cohans care for my children, But I DO agree with recent reviews about the office staff not answering phones. It is getting exceedingly harder to reach an actual person at his office to schedule appointments and get questions answered about medications. I wish the staff would answer the phones when they are working.... Its quite frustrating that I have been trying to get an appt scheduled for a couple weeks now.....

We love this pediatrician. He and his staff are always so kind, welcoming, and professional. We found him after a failed attempt to schedule my newborns 1st appointment with Wellspace so he could have the same Peds doctor as my daughter. It was a nightmare because everything about the other office made me cringe--and cry (not joking). Dr. Cohan's office was a breath of fresh air and a 5 star establishment in comparison. It's not hard to reach this office for scheduling if you know their hours of operation and you actually get to talk to a person instead of a phone tree which I definitely value. After having a newborn from having my last child 13 years prior, I had a ton of "I don't remember this" questions for him. He has gladly answered all my questions several times over with each appointment and with that gave me some confidence in this whole newborn parenting thing again. He's great with my little dude too! I would definitely recommend him and this office to others.

Is this place still open? I have been calling for a week to make an appointment for my son. I have two children that are patients here. But, I am wondering if they closed down because for a week I have been calling and the recording always says the office is closed. There is no general mailbox. So, I have voice messages in the office manager voice mail and in the canceled appointment voicemail, in an effort to get someone to get back to me and let me know if I need to find a new doctor or what is going on. We love Dr. Cohen. So, we want to know if he is still in business.

I have been taking my daughter here and she is 6 months old, and I really like Dr.Cohan.
As a mom, you want to look up everything you can on each Doctor before you have your little one in their care. And so that's what I did. I dug into his background in the field, I was please, I looked up reviews on him from multiple sites, I was pleased, and last I looked up how it was to call and make appointments, and with that I WASN'T please on the post. But I would rather have good reviews on the doctor, and deal with the receptionist.
So, I gave them a call... 3 rings in they picked up! Wow I was a lucky one. And I was able to get the next open appointment. Sweet, well that was NOTHING like the reviews I saw. And I have called about 3 different times about other random things and they pick up within the first 4 rings. And the longest I'm on hold is 1 min.
Dr. Cohan as a doctor? He knows what he is doing! He cares for your child and wants you to know if it really isn't something serious, to not worry! He puts my mind at ease. He cares for kids for a living!! Let him be the doctor. He also wants you to call and personally ask him if we have any questions.
I would recommend Dr. Cohan to any new moms! And will continue bringing my daughter here.
