Robert Enright is a very caring and thorough NP. I would never hesitate to see him about any health problem. It was easy to make an appointment online, there was no wait, and pre-appointment notifications were very helpful. The facility on Winchester is new and very nice. The staff are friendly and very congenial.

I had THE WORST experience with Dr. Bommakanti and I honestly was going to let it go and find a new doctor (which I am) but I just finished with a referral apportionment with a dermatologist she sent me to and I’m literally in shock with how doctors get away with such terrible care that I would be doing a disservice not warning others to stay away from Dr. Bommakanti.

I left my dermatologist appointment with zero care or care plan and when he kept telling me how his “friendship” and “referrals” from the local medical community were important to him, I knew they were all in bed with each other with terrible practice to fill their own pockets with insurance money and her referral was not from genuine concern.

Dr. Bommakanti is dismissive, condescending, rude, and impatient and will prioritize her beliefs over care. Here's the background: I suffer from hormonal facial acne and have been on Spironolactone for 4 years now. One of the big no-nos of being on this medication is that I cannot get pregnant while being on it and I personally do not want to be on hormonal birth control - I have tried two IUDs as well as multiple types of pills and they all mess with my mental well being. I use natural cycle with my oura ring which is an FDA approved form of birth control as well as use condoms with my husband and we have both discussed not wanting anymore kids in the future. I have known about how detrimental it would be if I got pregnant and take it VERY seriously. When I was living in Denver, my doctors worked WITH me and heard my wants and needs and gave me the prescriptions with the agreement of coming in for monthly pregnancy tests.

Now that I am in California, Dr. Bommakanti was very rude and told me SHE didn’t agree with what I was doing and that what I was doing went against her beliefs and kept trying to convince me to get on birth control instead of LISTENING to why I didn’t want to get back on it. She finally after I don’t know how long going back and forth, did agree to fill my prescription but only if I took a pregnancy test (which surprise, was negative and she gave me the resulted folded up with a smirk) and a referral to her buddy condescending dermatologist. But while we were waiting for this negative test result, she went out of her way to google every single side effect and screen shotted and showed me the same thing multiple times like we didn’t have the same discussion for the last 30 minutes.

I have never in my 31 years of life had such a bad experience with a doctor and felt that I would be in much worse harmful hands than I did leaving Dr. Bommakanti’s office. I know without a doubt that she will always choose herself and her beliefs before listening to her patients and their concerns when coming up with a care plan.

Hope you don’t have Dr.Krishnapriyan. She’s nothing but rude and dismissive and extremely disrespectful.
She’s been my doctor for over a year unfortunately, and almost every visit I leave having more questions than answers.
First off, i’m uncertain if she looks at a patients medical history before a visit, because every time it seems she’s asking repeated questions that could easily of been answered if she looked at my chart.
I spend so much of the appointment repeating myself snd telling her my results when I feel like it could be easier just seeing it in my records.
She also leaves out important information. Example: I was diagnosed with something mildly contagious, but I only found out after my work told me I wasn’t allowed to come in. And because I told them about the diagnosis, they informed me it was contagious- not because the doctor informed me, in fact I would have had no idea it was contagious unless my employer told me.
Also, if you don’t fit the normal textbook standards, she’s very quick to dismiss you. She spent last visit insulting me and making passive aggressive comments such as “But clearly it went past your cerebrum…” “please save me the headache” or “Stop talking, I don’t want to hear it” When all I was doing was telling her was my concerns and feedback. But her getting in my face and being verbally aggressive was uncalled for.

As a doctor, it’s your responsibility to hold a certain amount of professionalism. I find it a poor justification to blame the patient for the reason for your poor performance and lack of care provided. Please take accountability for your own actions.

I scheduled an appointment over a month and a half in advance in early December for January 29th. I received multiple automated phone call reminders about my upcoming appointment. The most receive reminder was the Friday before my Monday appointment. When I arrived I was told that the doctor canceled my appointment on the 17th because she would not be there. Why did they schedule my appointment in the first place? Why did I still receive automatic appointment reminders for a cancel appointment? Now I would have to wait another month just to reschedule my appointment. What a total waste if my time and very poor planning on behalf of the office staff.

I did a telehealth meeting to establish my primary care doctor. Then, I broke my toe, and I was able to get in within a day to see my doctor. I made an annual physical appointment for a month out, which is today.

I visited waiting area..receptionists acted like those working in another field..attitude certainly not appropriate for a medical facility..basically they could give a rip!
None of the Drs take new patients..they told me a new one coming on board in Sept..but didn't know name..WTH?
I'm surprised..stanford usually has a higher standard...definitely won't return!

Takes way to long to be seen and appointments are booked up for 2-3 months. They don't reserve hours for same day sick or flu visits. Overall not worth it, go elsewhere.
