I liked some of the people( men) that I talked to but after dealing with this place for many weeks being told about the wrong paperwork that I needed to get to my doctor then finding that that was different paperwork( woman) for an insurance so it wasn't as detailed weeks and weeks going back and forth and then I finally have everything in order that they said that they needed and then this one person ( woman)tells me that they don't service my area.. Everyone else said it was fine if I picked it up and then she came up with that she needed to do a home inspection when talking to the insurance company and the other companies that also have them they all said what are they talking about you don't have to do a home inspection. Unprofessional & waste of time Complete waste of time of many many weeks I'm so frustrated and still don't have a

I had a great experience here. Fixed/ Serviced my 3 year old Lumex Rollator, and Wayne worked a Miracle, I tell ya it’s just like new! Brakes, screws, the seat, all back in place. Thank you Wayne! Lots of other supplies, very reasonably priced. Phil got me a elevated wedge, and a hand bike. Also talked to me about a recliner. I was so comfortable, I took some time and looked around and bought some more items that would make my life easier. Reusable ice packs, that also can be versatile and turn into hot packs as well. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place, and I will return. I’d also recommend to a friend for any medical supplies or needs.

Great place! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I came here after a shoulder surgery for a brace. They showed me several brands and fitted me for the most comfortable one. My surgeon reccomended I come here and I would say he was spot on. If I ever need any other type of medical supplies I know where to go.

I have purchased many items through Collins surgical and each time I was helped by a knowledge staff member who made my visit easier for what I needed. They have almost everything you need in stock on the sales floor where you can try it out. I myself have had to order things and they kept me informed on my ordering status and let me know when it was in, I did not have to call them. Over all a great place with lots of inventory and knowledge staff members.

They treat the elderly HORRIBLY. They took money from my mother's account without her permission and I'm dealing with lawyers and the BBB on them currently. I should have listened to others who warned us about this place. BEWARE Of giving them any bank account or credit card information.

Originally from the area and now living further away. I needed a specialty gauze for tomorrow am. Luckily my wife was in the area and I knew exactly who to call. Big pharmacies here were no help.
