I needed a print job done. I called and was transferred to someone's voice-mail and left a message. No one returned my call. The next day I called again. No one returned my call. The next day I went to the store and was told to wait until a customer already waiting was helped. I sat and waited. A person walked in and was served. I waited. Another person came in and was served and I was ignored again so I left.
