This used to be a very nice medical center the doctors that work there are very genuine and nice. But the receptionists are the rudest receptionists I've ever talked to in my life. They make you feel bad for calling them like you're making their lives harder. Shay is the meanest one. They act like they're Registered Nurses and will make the doctor/nurse's decision before they even consult them to expedite your telephone conversation. I don't know if they took a pay-cut or what but wow are they rude.
