If you want good quality of service & repair this is not the company my grandma save up all that money just to buy a $950 use power chair watch on the grade A - F on the power chair I give it a D my uncle called several times to them come out to adjust the chair, they never called back. I'm glad my uncle have additional funds to do what needed to be done. Thank You M.R.S. Homecare for providing professional well manner service and staff I recommend M.R.S. Homecare to anyone who is in need.

I called to check on a chair for my mom, but instead of giving me prices to buy they offered options to fix her broken chair. I ended up purchasing a new one but the customer service was excellent. You can tell they have genuine compassion. In today's world that's hard to find.. Thank you!!

My nephew brought an use power chair for his mother and having issues then he would call them and they always say Glenn is not in at the time leave name and phone number and he call then next 2 or 3 days go by still no call back and this happen several times and then one day he went up there in person to talk to Glenn but he wasn't there and the staff in the office said leave name and message and will call guess what my nephew saw her wrote it down because he was video recording and the man still ain't call back and my nephew have phone records to prove they never called back and my nephew been having the same number for 5 years. very unprofessional. P.S. he also have audio recording of y'all receiving his call telling him he will get a called back. very unprofessional

Iis difficult to deal with an unexpected surgery.The idea of renting items to enable the patient to recover at home can be a daunting experience . Contacting NEBCARE in Columbus, proved to be an 'angel in disguise' in renting a hospital bed for my husband's recuperation from heart surgery.
Glynn brought the bed, set it up and also did so with great conversation and kindness. Better than ever ecpected and using this plkace is home owned THANK YOU!!!

No wonder the warranty is only six months because they fix the power chair where it hardly works and the don’t never call back well in my case they never called back and I got the phone records to prove it liars.
