As a former caregiver this was not my best experience, bosses were rude and not understandable at all. The pay wasn’t great at all would ask for more hours. Wasn’t given after months of working there. The pay rate that was discussed at interview was not received at all. This is not a company I would recommend for a caregiver position. I would do anything any everything to make sure my clients knew I cared for them. One day it was super cold and my clients family wasn’t home yet I stayed extra to make sure he wasn’t alone. My child’s father was driving me home that day we had no heat in the car. I explained to the company that I couldn’t stay long that my child was in the car with her father and there was no heat. She responded “ well you can’t leave” which showed me she didn’t care about me and my family at all.

The care my father received from the amazing aides at ComForCare was truly a gift to my family. The agency was so responsive to all of our needs. I can't imagine going through this past month without McKenzie, Daina, Bens, and Donna. They are wise and kind women who guided my father so beautifully through his last travels.

Su at ComForCare was exceptional. On very short notice, we had to secure home care to supplement hospice for my elderly mother. Not only was Su incredibly responsive, she took the time to personally visit my mother’s home to greet her as returned from the hospital. Su was amazing again when my mother’s needs changed to round-the-clock care, again on short notice. The compassion shown by the attending aides was a great help in ensuring a peaceful transition for my mother.

ComForCare is a great agency! Su provided wonderful home health aids to assist me. They were helpful and caring and provided true companionship. I have moved from the Canton community otherwise I would still have their assistance. The office staff and schedulers were always friendly and prompt in returning phone call/texts. I highly recommend ComForCare for your home healthcare needs.

This is a difficult review to write. To be blunt, I'm only submitting after being prompted twice. I'd be more comfortable with a 3.5 star rating. Some of the personal were excellent and others were not. Communications was a significant issue. I'd strongly recommend the company provide staff with proper identification offered on first visit. Several times were unexpectedly approached by strangers in the dark and at wrong doors. Even rear doors. We had a few no shows, and we had issues with staff sleeping during their stay and even in other rooms out of view of patient. Had staff that didn't change patient timely or at all, but for the most part, were grateful for their care and professionalism. Imagine it's difficult to train and retain good people and they indeed have good, caring staff.

ComForCare is a company that is completely incompetent. Not to mention one of their employees stole an item from my grandfather's home but SURPRISE SURPRISE this company isn't liable when that happens. The staff member that we had with him nightly didn't speak a LICK of English and did absolutely nothing for my grandfather. We would get there in the morning for him and he would be covered in urine, not fed, and sitting on a wooden chair. This place was HORRIBLE. 0/10. Do not recommend.
