I'm perplexed by the negative reviews and comments about staff being rude. I've been getting supplies from this location for my patients for over a year now and never had any issues. I usually work with Ani B. and she is fantastic. She is always on top of everything and even gets me hard to find supplies others can't. I highly recommend working with them.

If I could give your place 0 stars I would. The owner has an attitude problem & needs to understand how to speak with people. He is extremely unprofessional, rude & has no shame for how he speaks. He has hung up on my grandmother several times for no apparent reason & has absolutely no patience, but has no confidence when the phone gets handed to a man. There are several, much professional medical supply stores that can assist us. I’d advise not wasting time & effort with this man or his business.

I've had nothing but great service here. The company is family owned and the family members are involved on a daily basis. So, if there is an issue at any point, the staff is quick to bring them in to resolve things. I've had a few clients use their services for various needs and they have been resourceful, helpful and thorough.

To be honest the customer service could use some work! I FELT I was treated differently because I am black! Sucks to feel like that but the reps were short with me and gave me minimal information....I am going to have to find another supply company! I got my walker but too bad about the experience....

They were very helpful and they did their best in communicating with the dr’s office in getting what was needed for my parent. Very professional and asked us if we want it delivered or picked up and had everything ready with paperwork and items when I got there. I’d recommend them to all.
