The place is nice but there are things that could be improved on. The beds are firm so if you're like me you need a soft mattress to really get a good sleep. I asked for a foam mattress topper and all they had was like a comforter to put on the bed. Unfortunately my fiance has tossed and turned a lot during the night so I ended up sleeping in the sofa chair. The room was clean and warm. That is a big plus in my book since I am cold most of the time. We had a couple who we traveled with so we had joining rooms. The lock was missing on our side and we couldn't get the door to open. We had a staff member come and open the door but I accidentally closed it shortly after it was opened and it had locked again. The couple we traveled with said that the bar to lock their room was not even attached properly and had to get it screwed in but the screws were warped and would not hold. I liked the breakfast but the dinner area was too small for as busy as the hotel was. There were a lot of family groups there. It is very close to store and restaurants! The staff were very friendly!

Just had an unplanned extended 15-night stay. While the rooms are a little dated, the price (which includes a hot breakfast) was very reasonable. Inga at the front desk was extremely helpful and always pleasant. She gets high marks for hospitality. Justin at the front desk was also very helpful. I single both of them out for outstanding customer service. During my stay, my son caused some damage to the room. The owners were not only understanding but they considered it an accident and did not charge me anything additional. I am especially grateful for their kindness. I compliment them for the wonderful staff who took good care of us during the entire stay.

I spent a week here, and I had a pleasant stay! The free breakfast is amazing. The food stations are clean and attended to. The property looked pretty clean and well taken care of. The hotel is in the vicinity of every place I was traveling to, so very convenient! My only complaints are about the room itself: the bathtub looked rough, but they did include a rubber mat, so that was nice. The pillow-top mattress cover under the fitted sheet had some kind of stain on it, so I made sure to sleep on the flat sheet and tried to put it out of my mind. (Also, note: I messed up the blankets in the photo of the room and the bed to check the seams of the mattress). Ultimately, I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a value. I would stay again when I’m back in the area.

Wife and I check in on Wednesday evening. We make a phone reservation and stressed that we are a family of 6 need 2 adjoining rooms. Our only requirement when we called they confirmed that had this set of rooms and we let them know we would reserve. We check in stay night#1. Key stopped working so in the morning we stop by desk to get replacement. The manager at the desk ( white woman blond hair , glasses , older) says what room well we have someone else coming for that room today your gonna have to move …mind you 4 children your telling me I have to move I would have never booked had that been the case. So I ask why she explains they have a reservation for all adjoining rooms today. So the person who checked me in , didn’t know. Couldn’t that be something you would tell your staff. Please don’t reserve any adjoining rooms the nite before all adjoining rooms should be reserved? No? The attitude that was given was insane this is the customer facing person you guys have running this establishment. No concern just a tough break for you attitude. In Massachusetts the law states you don’t have to leave your room unless accommodations of equal or better conditions are made u less it’s your fault. Clearly this was not. They had been calling rushing to shock rooms then I went downstairs and the guy at the desk says we can also cancel your reservation lmao a joke this place isSo we say screw we will switch rooms, they give us rooms that our not door to door again we have kids lol. Then wait wait before we can even settle in the room a roach wanders onto the bed. Fun times right ? I then cover the roach with a clear plastic cup I then go to front desk and show the girl who says I’m not sure that’s a roach this place is a joke I’m getting pranked right. Didn’t even bother anymore just packed our shit and moved down the street. Got my refund for today and absolutely gonna try to get my refund for prior note. Buyer beware I’m so looking forward to the owner response to this specific post

We booked a reservation on line for 2 rooms. A confirmation was received. When we got there (Saturday April 5th) the night of our check-in we were told by the man at the front desk ( older balding with glasses) the manager Jeremy canceled our reservation. Because he was able to get more $$ for the rooms then what we had paid because we did it on line and got it at a discount. This was what we were told from an employee of yours. Then he proceeded to tell us they were booked and we did not have a room AT ALL......We travel a lot and have never had this happen before. I will NEVER use a hotel of yours. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I will take ever chance to let anyone I know, of our experience. The booking was in my neices name Jasmine. In the booking it said we'd be paying in cash at the hotel upon check in. Nothing about this was enjoyable. Your customer service was horrible. IM SORRY BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS LOCATION OR THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. We will not use the company in the future and recommend you don't either. Because of the way we were treated. If they do it for us and we had two rooms reserved and they will do it to anybody else

Is this a lodging for nearby day laborers? The entire place reeks of marijuana, which leaves a very negative impression of this hotel. While the elderly staff member is kind, their severe Parkinson’s symptoms make me feel guilty about asking for assistance. The hotel is extremely old and rundown. It’s not worth visiting if it’s expensive; it would only be worth considering if it’s cheap. Renovation is desperately needed, but it seems unlikely to happen.

Positive: breakfast Negative: The hotel manager was extremely rude and did not accommodate very well. We found bed bugs in our room, and the entire place was infested. After telling the manage about the bugs she became extremely defensive and asked us to leave instead.

View of a dumpster.Hard mattress.Strong odor of Fabulouso cleaner. Sticky floor and dirty tub. Breakfast was good very plentiful and well tended . Staff people were excellent.
