Danny was helpful to explain the raw data on my sleep study and HST reports after my doctor office visiting as we cannot figure out some points. He was kindly to email and call to answer my questions. Yesenia was helpful to reschedule my appointments to accommodate my needs.
Room was clean but a bit cold with air conditioning and noises.

When I got to the facility I was asked to fill out forms I had already submitted and had been confirmed. They insisted that they never received the forms and required me to submit them again which was extremely frustrating. The bed was not even, and at the worst part. When I laid my head down I noticed that area receded in dramatically making for an uncomfortable resting position. The place is loud I could hear everything nurses talk, walking up and down the hallway, doors opening and closing, when the nurses would take a seat. Lastly the room was not dark. The light shined through the door and lit up the entire room. For these reasons I would not recommend this business.

Im not sure of the technician’s name but she did a horrible job at putting the cables to the machine on me. She put the paste too near my eyes. It was almost like she was in a hurry and was not being careful when putting the electric wires on me. When I woke up my eyes burned and when i got home, my eyes were red and puffy. She was not being rude but she did not make me feel comfortable at all. It was almost like she did not want me there. I am not sure if it is because i showed up 20 minutes late but I did not like her experience at all. Overall, the bed was ok and comfy enough for me to sleep well.

Just left this location let me start of positive and say that the guy in the front was great he made me feel comfortable all around great person. The room was small. The bed was to small for me it’s a twin size. The worst thing about my experience was the A.C. It was extremely cold. I had 3 blankets on and I still had a hard time falling asleep. Also there seemed to be another room next to mine which I think it was an office and maybe a break room, so I can here the staff chatting and it just made it hard for me to fall asleep. Also I had a room next to the main entrance so I could here the door being opened and closed thru out the night which kept waking me up. I don’t think my study was successful. I am going to get another one done but not at this location. I don’t recommend this location at all. But the staff was great. Also they had a little portable heater available but they told me I couldn’t use it because it was close to the main circuit so if I turned it on it would shut everything down.

At first when I scheduled my appt to pick up the machine to bring home I was never given the address. I was told I would get it via text or email. The day of my appt I called to reschedule because I didn't have the information I needed. I spoke with Yesenia who was very kind and rescheduled me. I went yesterday to pick up the machine and I met Yesenia, who was so welcoming and nice. I had to wait for the machine to be returned and while waiting Yesenia was very attentive and apologized for the wait time. It's a small office. Yesenia was amazing. Will wait and see how fast my results will take.

Comfort Sleep was excellent. Office staff got pre-authorization for us. Kind and friendly techs the night of. Report sent out to referring doc very quickly. Couldn't be happier and would recommend
