On January 22, 2008 I stumbled into this center like I did most days broken and beaten down by my addiction. I asked a young lady by the name of Melissa (I think). This selfless angel talked with me and took me to get help. That was over 15 years ago. I owe my life to her. Forever Grateful

I’ve been to the drop in center with my Vinfen worker a few months ago. It looks like a nice quiet atmosphere. I’m in need of good friends and also I want to have a good life. I sit here 24/7 mostly in my home with my parents. I know the drop in center could help me out. I’m in need mostly of friends. I hope you guys can help me

The Drop-In Center deserves 5 stars simply because it is not easy to run a non-profit, nevermind providing a heated, indoor seating area offering a range of services to the struggling and/or homeless. Just a short walk from Downtown Haverhill, they offer a hot breakfast every Thursday morning which can be a moment to warm up in winter and a chance to eat some real food. Every other day, Monday through Friday they offer a range of self-serve breakfast options such as cereal, toast, coffee, an ever changing array of pastries, or whatever they are able to get their hands on to pass on to anyone who is hungry. They often have some pretty good clothing donations worth checking out. They have bathroom facilities and a nurse is available on certain days if you are having any health issues, it's a good place to ask about additional resources as well. Being homeless myself, I use the drop-in center as my mailing address and I feel as if they are particularly on point in giving out mail. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They truly are there to help. They offer more resources I have not used myself but it's worth asking them about anything you may need help with. If they cannot help directly, they have many ties to the community and likely can offer alternative possibilities for certain types of assistance. Open 8am-12pm, Monday - Friday. Please feel welcome to visit if you are in need of any assistance or resource information.

Great place run by awesome woman her name is Pat and she does so much for the community if you need help with anything she will do the best of her ability to help you or lead you in the right direction free coffee and food pretty much every day they have doctors that come there and nurses if you need help with anything it's the place to go and they do a lot for the homeless so if anybody has donations try to donate to that agency

Well all I got to say is Miss Pat d is absolutely an angel when it comes to helping people with food and shelter and dignity she single-handedly got me back on track and I could never thank her enough for all her selfless work that she does so diligently in the community
