Excellent experience all around! Needed a refill for my blood pressure medicine. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Patient and professional front desk. Very caring and comforting doctor (Maurice Jones). I'm very thankful for you guys!

Do. Not. Use. This. Dr. Office!!! You will never get prescription refills when you need them, even when requested a week beforehand by pharmacy. You can’t get a timely appointment. Communication is absolutely absurd. There has been an ISSUE EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE AN APPOINTMEN, an AILMENT, or EMERGENCY. Latest issue, my mother died on 8/25/24 after both my mother and father separately fell on the same day. My father suffered a major stroke and has suffered many complications. I am out of my Narcolepsy medication as well as my blood pressure medication. Both I desperately NEED to be able to take care of my children and my parents. The request for refills has been made at least 5 times in last week by myself as well as my pharmacy.

And Community Clinic representative DO NOT respond with number of compliance supervisor. It is just the general number that is rarely answered in my experience.

Dr servy is definitely my favorite Dr at the clinic . She is very kind and friendly and as soon as soon tell her your symptoms . She understands and try to help as much, also her assistant is also very helpful and friendly. I always try to book with Dr servy she’s a great DR.

Wasted our time. Called 24hrs ahead of the appointment to confirm they had the right professional we needed to see. Show up and they didn’t have they have anyone there. Asked the front desk before we checked in and they said yes they’re here. Rude front desk and not professional.
