Really bad! Have been calling for days and no one picks up the phone. And to top it off at some point someone was picking it up and hanging up right away to hang up my call. I imagine if it was an emergency how can someone get a hold of them.

I needed to do a procedure and the company I was working with dropped the ball horribly. I contacted Community Health and in less than an hour they fixed the issue and did the procedure withouth any issue at all. Their customer service was awesome (including the free cofee while I was waiting), they made you feel at home and taken care.

I had a horrible experience, they need some type of order for new patients. How do you have a new patient come to your office and have them wait almost 6 hours to be seen. It's ridiculous. Without eating. Some of the staff were rude and cold. I'm disappointed, they were referred to me. 😟

I would not recommend this location to anyone the only time you’ll get to hear from them is when they want to confirm your appointment other than that if you have a question about your prescription your insurance not approving it the doctor hasn’t signed the form for the approval or you’re expecting a call for the results forget it my friend all they’re good at is setting up appointments which they never on the time yo waste a whole day in this clinic. Only know how to say is they’ll call you back and they don’t you have to be on them”Does that even make sense?”

Super experience at this clinic. Not only was staff professional and friendly but they offer a verity of services from Medical consults, Physical therapy, ultrasounds, full labs, and x-ray!! They also have a free care friday for patients who may qualify with no insurance!! I am truly happy that i found this clinic Thanks!!!!

Hello everyone, the best advice I can give you from this place is Please Do Not Go There. Overall really bad service and they are so disorganized. I supposedly had an appt (without specific time) between 8am-12pm to see the podiatrist. I got there around 10:30am waited all the way till 1:30pm and I was waiting still until I decided to leave. There were people there from 8am and still waiting. They stopped few time the doctors passing by from others appt to ask them about why the long waiting time and let me tell you that it was the worse face from a medical institution and the unprofessionalism from doctors as well that didn’t care about their patients. Please Do Not Go there. Thanks

Do not come here. Every appointment becomes a three to four hour odyssey. You are lucky if you spend three hours here, usually you waste an entire day. The staff doesn’t know what’s happening, they bicker constantly, and have the gall to tell patients “that’s not my job.” One of those places that runs the same tests on every patient to rake in the insurance dollars.
