My grandson, who is autistic and has been in crisis, was given an appointment 2 weeks away. The receptionist was very specific about the date and time. However, when we arrived, we were told that his app was for the day before, which was NOT the date given to us. We live in Amado, so it was over 30 miles to get there. They made another app for several weeks away. I don't trust them now. This is no way to treat those in need. I will keep this app, unless I find another facility to take him to that is more reliable.

On a regular basis I make appointments for my son and we go from Vail Arizona all the way to St Mary's to have them tell me he didn't have l an appointment for my son on the schedule so it's wasted time and money which is difficult given the gas prices there are several therapists and doctors that leave because they're not happy there they're treated just as bad as the patients are if you're looking for a place I would suggest not to go there every patient there is a paycheck and that is it. We will be going to another facility I've had enough of these people

I was sent here while in crisis. I waited, like an anxiety filled fool, for 5 days for them to have a "Case Manager" call me. I left 3 messages with the Intake Coordinator, who assured me that if I needed to talk to anyone before I hear from the CM she'd be there. I never got a reply to a single voicemail. My last message was to tell them to deactivate any services they had started on my behalf. I will not continue forward with another office that discards me before we even start.

Incompetent front desk staff.
I was under a time sensitive court order to get a mental health evaluation. I made an appointment, then on the day of the appointment was told ”you’re not in the system.” So I made another appointment. The individual took down my name and address and phone number. I called back a week later to confirm the appointment and was told ONCE AGAIN ”you’re no in the system.”

The place is a joke I saw a provider who told me she was leaving the next day.
My appointments rescheduled without my knowledge only told to schedule another time.
Really? How ignorant I would strongly suggest run don’t walk away from this place!

Extremely inconsiderate with people/clients time and unprofessional as well. “Cookie cutter” approach to treatment with a staff that leaves a lot to be desired. Left wondering exactly how qualified some of the staff members are. Also, experienced dishonest staff, client notes, etc. I apparently upset a staff member or two unbeknownst to me and they retaliated. Thereafter I was nearly always treated prejudicially. Bad organization.
