I took both of my children ages 5 and 2 years of old to a routine cleaning. It was my 2-year-old's first time and they wanted to take x-rays. They asked me to step out of the room and said they don't normally have parents come back with them because it just upsets the children. I hear my 2-year-old crying and it's upsetting my 5-Year-Old. I look in as there was a glass window and they are holding my two year old's head by the neck so they stay still. I asked the dentist if she is used to working with children. She said she's a pediatrician. I would not recommend anyone to take their children to this place. Especially for an institution to say that they don't want parents to come back with them so they can get away with abusing them. I'm glad I was there to witness that! Also when my 5-year-old was getting their X-ray done, the dental assistant told her that if she doesn't stay still she's going to have to ask her to leave. I said are you threatening my child. She said no and then started arguing with me to where we're both raising our voices. This was such an unprofessional experience and very unfortunate because there are not a lot of options for people who have state insurance.

If I could give this place no stars I would they will have people waiting for months just for an routine check even if you say it’s an emergency months out will be your appointment their communication skills lack in many ways they do not let you go back with your kids even if it’s their first time DO NO GO HERE GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

Went in as an emergency walk-in (get there BEFORE they open!) Kelsey Dever, DDS was awesome, wish the dental at this location wasn't so busy.

Just seen the most upsetting thing at the dental clinic. A young lady had been waiting MONTHS for a dentist appointment and they denied her to come in the back because she had her young child with her. This is a community clinic one of the only ones in this area that except state insurance. Kinda of pathetic that they were unable to work with her after she sadly told them she had no resources for her child to be with a sitter.

went in for a filling two years ago one of them ended up falling out so i called for an emergency appointment and was told i had to wait 8 months because i needed my teeth cleaned first before the filling was repaired, while dentist was originally giving me the filling she was talking mad crap about how bad my teeth were not my fault i have gastritis and throw up constantly get better dentists.

Dr. Legendre is Absolutely one of the best Drs I’ve ever come across with Dr. Romig. I love how she caught my daughter hole in her heart when a specialist in Peoria couldn’t even do that! She deserves way more props! Along with Romig she tests for things that most Drs don’t even think of testing for! RULING out everything she can! Definitely Recommend!

The clinic is great at getting you the referrals and help you need but they aren’t always great at returning calls or following up.
I have been going here for a few months and it’s always easy to get an appointment with my doctor.
They are renovating right now and also adding a pharmacy, so it will be interesting to see how the environment and staff adjust.
