saw Jeffrey Terwilliger today for pain in my left knee. Jeffrey was AWESOME. He clearly explained what he thinks is going on, made recommendations for care and did it with such a great bedside manner. I truly felt I was the only patient he was seeing (which was not true based on other patients in waiting room). He didn’t rush my appointment and I feel like I have a good handle on treatment moving forward. He is a GREAT asset to CHC in

I switched both my kids over here because the 3 pediatricians I had were miserable and rude, no empathy. I’m still disappointed, however, Dr Brown at the Mashpee location is an amazing PCP for them. The only thing that is AWFUL is my almost 1 yr old hasn’t seen them since she was 4 months old. When she had a febrile seizure…I called to make a follow up appointment when we got home from the ER and the receptionist tried telling me I couldn’t get her in for 6 weeks! I had to argue with them that this is a 4 month old baby that was taken by ambulance to the ER for a SEIZURE and she STILL wouldn’t help, go speak with someone else for advice, NOTHING! I scheduled the 6 week appointment and requested that a nurse call me back. TWO MORE DAYS PASS and I finally speak with someone who is also rude. She finally went and got the Dr. who was absolutely floored that they scheduled her 6 weeks and told me to come in that day.
She started daycare last week and I called for her records and to get a physical (since she’s turning 1 in May and hasn’t had a normal infants check up in MONTHS) and couldn’t schedule her until NEXT APRIL! 2026!

Maybe don’t LOAD up the providers with patients to where they can not accurately care for the people they see regularly. We are NOT just a number.
And maybe don’t offer FAMILY medicine and services for adolescents if you can’t even see them in a timely manner. Having to sit at urgent care or the “walk-in” for 3 hours with kids EVERY TIME they aren’t feeling good is WILD.

I love love LOVE Dr. Brown, it’s unfortunate that I’m going to have to try and find them both a new office because my children’s health is more important than this places patient numbers!!

My mom has been a member of the Community Health Center for a long time now, my mother has been cared for by Dr. Weiner and his nurse Tammy. I would like to say how great a job they did. I’ve never seen anything like it, we would call for something and get a return call in no time along with a visit in person by the team and a plan of action, which was always put into operation immediately. And fast medications.

My dental team was great and went above and beyond any other place I've been to before. They actually cared about me, my treatment, and anything they may happen if I had inflammation in my after care precautions & responsibilities. You could tell that they actually cared about me as a patient and my total health. My team was very caring, nice and sensitive to my needs always!

I’ve been a patient with the Sandwich office for approximately 4 years. Sadly the providers change frequently especially when you’re comfortable with one. I absolutely love Nisha Topiwala. She’s a breath of fresh air! My quality of life has improved greatly because of her.

Dr. Riddhi is AMAZING!!!! I have the biggest fear of going to the dentist because of previous bad experiences and have not been in several years. Dr. Riddhi relieved me of my fears and has explained everything she was going to do in great detail, I’m so thankful for her!!

Dr.Sing has gone above and beyond with his care for me. Coming to him first with the need for a referral to get an apicoectomy(completed at bu medical) he has assured me along the way that he'd be able to correct my complex case. He went out of his way to accommodate me with appointments as soon as my crowns were made or to put in temporaries. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Sing and am thankful to have found him as my new primary dentist! Thank you Dr.Sing, my teeth look and feel amazing!

I would not recommend I’ve been on a prescription for six years and they went in my chart and took out a prescription when I went to get a vaccine. I had a telehealth visit the day before and on that they were supposed to send in a prescription with five refills and that in December, I had to do a drug test before I got them in January. I had to do a drug test before I got them and I went a day and a half without them February. I got them I didn’t have to do a drug test but in March when I tried to get my prescription, I have to do a drug test again and they only sent a weekend so make sure they get it and they can see it before I get my prescription. They don’t care about your health all they want is your money
