My appointment was with John Butler/PA and it went really well.

I could tell his heart was in it and seemed interested in what was going on and taking the next steps.

Enthusiastic, caring, funny, open and very willing to help and be there for his patients. Definitely will see him again.

Dr. Kronstad has been my daughters doctor since infancy. She is always kind, patient, and happy to address any concerns we have. Horrible medical office. Waited 1.5 hours and never saw the doctor. He was too busy flirting with the staff. Had to walk out because l had to pick up my kids from daycare. They have no respect for patients. Nobody ever informed me he was over 1.5 hours behind. Staff is rude and never smile. They’re always in a bad mood. Wont be back!

Very professional and nice. Made me feel comfortable from the beginning and remembered me from awhile ago so I didnt feel like a faceless number. Covered in detail every issue I had, supplied resolutions to my problems, and explained the steps to take and the reasons why he recommended those steps. Good sense of humor and he didnt judge me as some doctors tend to do. I liked him better than my regular doctor!
