They are extremely slow, even with an appointment. I went an hour before my appointment and was told I would be seen 35 minutes later. I was, by someone who took my vitals then returned me to the waiting room to wait for another 35 minutes. I then had to wait 15 more minutes before the nurse practitioner saw me. Just plan to wait. I don’t know if going before my appointment time really saved me any time.

Masks are not easily accessible in waiting room, and patients are reluctant to wear them. They are in a corner by the check in window with no signage.

Care was adequate, and staff was nice, just very long waits. They told me the day before they had 4 hour waits. At least if you make an appointment you can stay home until closer to your designated time.

I have always made appointments with my daughters doctor if we needed anything. I have been leary of medchecks based on experiences I have heard. My daughter needed a rapid covid test pronto. This medcheck was close to home. So I made an appointment. They are amazing! Everyone is very nice from the receptionist to the doctors. The nurse practioner and the doctor are both very knowledgeable and personable. I have now brought her twice and I won't hesitate to bring her again.

I came at 6pm on Sunday and was in and out in 30 minutes. Ellen Turner was a godsend. She correctly diagnosed me with what felt like a mother’s care and I felt like she was spot on after me having been sick for 4 weeks. Very kind and quick. 5 stars

We came in to get my daughters pink eye diagnosed, and as we arrived at 7:45pm, the lobby was packed! There was a two hour wait, and my 2 year old was in no shape to wait at that time of night. Nichole at the front desk identified our situation right away and called the Carmel location to see how long the wait was. Luckily there wasn’t a wait at all, only a 20 minute drive over. We were able to get right in and out! Thank you to Community and especially Nichole for helping us out!

This is a billing issue. If a person goes in sick (at least to this location), and given a flu test, the bill you receive a month later will have it listed twice for the same amount. What you don't know is that you are being tested for 2 strains (A&B) with the one test, therefore, getting two charges ($38 & $38). The total will be the visit charge ($109) plus $76 for ONE test. You will NOT be made aware of this so here's a heads up, people! This just happened to my poor college kid. Nice.

DId I see the doctor, yes. Did I leave with a bill, yes. But from checking in to walking out I have nothing to show for it. Today my appointment was at 6, I arrived at 5:40 with a fever and strep symptoms, had seen the nurse and doctor and was out the door by 6:05 with a paper that said my vitals are great and if I feel sick go to the ER. I ALREADY FEEL SICK...THATS WHY IM HERE!

Great staff and very knowledgeable. If I could put 6 stars I would. Been suffering for years over something simple that no one else could figure out. For a doctor visit it was actually a decent experience.

I have been in this office several times over the last year. I have received quick thorough care from kind compassionate physicians. I would highly recommend this location for medical needs when you can’t get into your regular doctor, and much cheaper than the ER.
