I had an appointment at this clinic for a follow up from a hospital stay after having a stroke. Unfortunately at this time, i don't have a primary care physician. My appointment was yesterday 8/19/24 before noon. I was told that the physician would send several prescriptions to the pharmacy to be filled. Nothing has been sent over as of 8/20/24 at 12:45 PM. I called and was told the physician has not finished my chart, and a new patient chart may take several days. I am completely out of one of the blood pressure medications that I have been prescribed. They seem to have absolutely zero since of urgency here and I really don't feel like they are at all concerned with patient well-being. I would recommend that you find a different place to get medical care if it is at all possible.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Employees, except for Paul, are rude and show total lack of empathy. They go thru doctors like crazy and never know who you will see. Waited 2 weeks for refill to be called in, still hasn't been done. Got feeling from doctor I was wasting her time, suggest new career out of healthcare for her. My Oncologist noticed they have me on blood pressure medicine I should not be on, he recommended new PCP that I have a appt with next week. Do not go here treatment is substandard, one star is too much.

I took my 90 year dad to his 1:00 appointment, of course he's not a fast walker....a staff at your clinic saw us and gave assistance....she appeared to be leaving, possibly for lunch, but took the time to provided us with customer care....Shout out to Suzann O'Connor, not only giving us assistance with a wheelchair but push my dad to his PCP office...I can't thank her enough, thanks for going above everything for my dad. We need more hearts like her's. I pray God bless you with your hearts desire..Thanks so much.

It’s absolutely disgraceful that there’s no sense of urgency at this clinic concerning my child’s health. I have names, times and dates since my daughter has been going to this clinic. They sit on referral paperwork. My daughter is an adult and aged out of tricare. However, I promise you I will be contacting a lawyer and congress if someone doesn’t give my daughter some clarity. 6 months and nothing. It’s like they don’t treat people like humans here.

Heads up! CHNWF is apparantly having financial issues so I guess it only makes sense to change someone's three month follow-up to a yearly wellness exam three months too soon! It happened to both me and my husband! Then I was told there are no doctors in the entire clinic so I have to wait til next week to get my Rx.....which is another story! So I made the trip at 3 on a Friday afternoon for a 3 month follow-up for meds with Lena Dunn and got nothing! This is a very unscrupulous way to operate a non-profit medical clinic!!!

I have been trying to get my medication refilled for 10 days. The staff there is rude and very condescending. If u hate your job that much, then quit. And let someone who wants to work get hired. They treat u as if you are a straight up druggie. I've called 3 times just today. A lady transfered me to someone named Raven. She picked up the phone. Then hung up in my face. The staff up front is very dismissive and rude. U can't talk with the doctors or PA. My PA is Ms. Gilmartin. They keep saying they sent her a message. I've reached out on the healow app. No one responds. Back when this clinic was on palafox. The doctors, CNA's and PA's were so respectful and helpful. This bunch that's working there now. Are some of the most unprofessional, judging, lazy, and just plain rude group of people I've ever dealt with. They have u running around looking like a damn fool. Every month u go through this. No one reaches out to let u know what is going on. Or when your prescription will be sent. That's all I'm asking, is for someone to tell me what is going on with my refill. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refill.

Yesterday I was at this facility and dealt with employees in the women’s health, front desk, pharmacy and lab. Since Covid I have not had a good experience at any office UNTIL yesterday. All the doctors offices I’ve been in have been unorganized and dirty and the employees seem to hate their job. Walking into this office yesterday was a breath of fresh air! Everyone was so friendly, kind and compassionate and the office was clean. Saying I was impressed is an understatement, I really left that these kind of places didn’t exist anymore.
