The front desk experience was awesome. Other than that I felt totally overlooked and unimportant, and at 6 weeks pregant and scared it was a pretty horrible experience to feel like I wasn't getting clear information and felt like an inconvenience wanting the process explained. Dr. Damien barely even made eye contact with me and this was after waiting over an hour after my appointment time to actually be seen, and couldn't answer a simple question I had about something she told me. I'd go somewhere else but can't afford it. Thanks medi-cal!

First visit yesterday. All staff was friendly, professional and prompt. I was surprised at how well I was treated and how quickly I was seen from my check-in time. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic.

My mom and dad who are elderly both had appointmens with Dr. Damien and when they arrived they were told the doctor was not available today and their appointments got moved to next month. This is extremely unprofessional because they didn’t receive any advanced notification at all and only found out about that when they were at the office. I wanted to give a 0 star.

To be honest, I was leary of coming here from some of the reviews. Yes, it can take weeks from the time you call to get a scheduled appointment. However, I do suggest that you call to see if there have been any cancelations before your scheduled appointments to try and get one sooner.
They do offer phone, video, and in-office appointments. The in office appointments are the ones that can be weeks or longer.
They suggest coming down before your appointment, if possible, to do all the new patient paperwork. They did mine on the phone.
I had an illness that was getting worse, and I was able to get a phone appointment within a couple days.
I actually came down to the clinic to give them my my new Medical paperwork/ID cards.
While there, the front desk person said she might have a cancelation that day, so to take a seat. After a few minutes, she called me back up and checked me in.
I was able to see a doctor that same day, though I'm sure that is very uncommon.
The nurse and doctor were very kind, and I felt that they made a good impression as to the type of care I will receive here.
They do not have a pharmacy here, though there is a pharmacy window.
I was very happy with the service I received from the front/ check-in desk to the doctor.

I need an urgent appointment for my mom and I called last week. I made appointment but they didn’t schedule it so when I called today to figure it out what time is it the appointment? They said you don’t have any schedule appointment and when I ask them please just give a note to the doctor. It’s an urgent they’re telling me you gotta send a text message through medication line. I really don’t know what is wrong with these people and CMC but they don’t provide a good service at all. and I really want you guys to take care of it

I would give 0 if I could. Several time they make an appointments and never called. After I called them and told them what’s going on, they said that they tried calling and I didn’t pick the phone, but in reality my phone was with me all the time. Most stuff are very disrespectful, and act and talk like they own whole CMC.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever! First they take like 30min to answer the call. And if you’ve been there before, you know they have plenty of staff to answer the calls every day. I just spoke with a lady who was rude from the beginning. She would answer all my questions in a rude way and was not helpful at all.

This clinic is worst even if you die from sickness they won’t give you appointment or anything and even when you go to ER they will give you appointment so late that you will no longer need it.
