I recently had a very disappointing experience with this office. They were supposed to call me for my appointment, but I never received any call. When I reached out to them, they simply said they would reschedule, which I found incredibly unprofessional. the lady i spoke to just told me that Dr is not in office, & upon asking why they haven’t informed me earlier, she said we usually give a call at the end of the day.
lIt's frustrating to see such a lack of communication and accountability from a place that should prioritize patient care.

Unfortunately, this is the type of establishment that Medi-Cal will only pay for as a foster parent. I am stuck having to deal with this type of service all the time I am still getting calls for foster children that have moved placement. They are still repeatedly calling me for these children’s appointments that are no longer with me. I called to let them know that that is a HIPAA violation and the Receptionistgirl just acted like she didn’t care like I was just wasting her time. I told her the children haven’t been with me since 2023 please take me off there Call list for these children.

I haven't had good experiences with the CMC Medical people since selecting their organization as my PCP. This is my second assigned location and it was shocking how rude and indifferent their employees behavior was. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. I have a prosthetic leg and can't walk on it too far yet, so when they finally called me into the back I was taken to the very farthest exam room (eight doors down). Then a PA comes in and asks what do I want, why am I there and says she's not going to be addressing some of my needs because she's not my PCP, so I've wasted a bunch of time!

I went to Community Medical Center on March Lane I want to Suave Dental on San Carlos way I just went to CMC Community Dental on Waterloo Road none of these dentist offices can fix one tooth that I have on my right side bottom I need a root canal and a filling and they claim that they can't do it there's no specialist in Stockton to do a root canal they say I need a specialist and there's none in San Joaquin County Tracy Lodi that can do my root canal keep going to these appointments and sitting there and sitting there for so long and nobody can help me out my mouth hurts so bad

I went in for a first time appointment and it was open even when google said they were temporarily closed (don't know why it says that). The office was very on top of sending message reminders abut the appointment. It was Clean inside. The doctor who attended me listened very well to all my concerns and the medical assistant was very professional as well. They Handed me my follow up paperwork before I even left the room and explained everything thoroughly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I didn't see the doctor I was originally scheduled to see but other than that I don't have an complaints about how I was attended.

We’ve been “helped” today by Diana Lopez . My mom had her appointment at 3 pm today and none of the receptionist could help her . When I got there 9 min after my mom she was trying to dismiss her saying that she did not had an appointment. Not until I got there and she said that her day of birth was wrongly imputed . Then they sent us home And the way she speak to us was so rude , careless and disrespectful. If you treat people this way clearly you are not ready to run a health business. Avoid this treatment at all cost

Please avoid coming to this location. First of all they will treat you badly with discrimination and super bad costumer service. They have bringing me to different appointments only to help me get coverage , and later to receive bills of all kind . Front desk so rude and not available to help you not even with borrowing a pen. No care calls at all ! Try to speak with office manager or someone but guess what … as every inefficient place no luck solving the huge issue they created . I’m afraid I’ll have
