My friend was in a bad car accident and broke her jaw they have her waiting in the lobby for surgery no blanket no pillow nothing and she’s been in there 18hours this is the worst hospital ever she can hardly talk and they don’t even let atleast one family member is there with her to speak on her behalf or be there for emotional support since she’s in severe pain for breaking her jaw. She threw up on herself and they wouldn’t even let a family member in with clothes to help her change. How can we consider this medical center helpful

I called for an advise from a doctor but instead the staff over the counter had pick it up. The advise was for my younger brother who he is non verbal and plus he have a lot of underline issue. Instead of doctor advise, the people or medical asst. over the counter was giving us advise that they don't make decision. I am not sure what is really going on but they should allow us to make an appt. for COVID 19 advisee. Not sure that the staff are doing on purpose because this is a huge problem. I wouldn't recommending calling for COVID 19 advise if I was a patient there. The clinic is the adult medicine that I was trying to get my younger brother doctor or NP there but instead the staff wouldn't recommend us to talk to them. Don't get me wrong, there other staff that do super job. Later I recall and got a different staff and was willing to give us an appt. for the COVID 19 advise . Not sure an race got anything do with it too.
