⚜️Big Time 5⭐️ This place is awesome the Ladies at the front desk were very nice to everyone there. Handy Cap Ramps, and Entrance for Ambulances, are accessible easily, and the Security there is on top of things. Waiting area very comfortable, I Like it👌👍⚜️ Caring for Everyone 👏⚜️

⚜️👨🏻‍⚕️ It was Pretty Amazing to hear my Babie’s heart with the Doppler Heart Reading Aparatus the Doctor had in his hand.♥️🍼🍼🍼👨🏻‍⚕️⚜️

⚜️👩🏼‍⚕️ Medical assistants are Bilingual and their Translation was on point I was checking it out to see if they were actually Translating or Transliterating, but to my surprise their Translation skills are superb🥇🏆🥇🏆👍👌👍✍️👈⚜️

Holy shit this place is horrible!! They made me wait more than an hour for an appointment I booked. I didn't even get checked, and even the doctor wasn't even there. Talk about bad management of time! And what's even worse? I came out with bug bites from that place!!!

This place is your one stop body shop we had an appointment at 815 arrived at 825 due to traffic and the doctor was not there so they reschedule us for 10 we arrive to a line going out the door and no parking whatso ever no Handicap no street parking you could be late just looking for parking then the shove you in a room and make you wait another hour which they play mind games we could reschedule who wants to go threw all this shit over if you want a relationship with your doctor do not pick any of the Channel Street Medical offices and I'm still waiting it's 1118 almost lunch so they should push her out if you love waiting this is the place ohhhh I'm so mad

This community medical center is such a garbage. They don't care about patients. Even the staff is so rude. You have to wait for like hours even for blood work. Everything is so dusty and so nasty. Even if you are pregnant, they will give you full exercise to fill up so many papers. To go 5 different windows. Each window will talk 10 to 15 minutes. Even if there's no line, they're so rude.After that they will say your paperwork is wrong. You have to contact Doctor and come back.

Lots of great visits here for my family. Dr. Jay is great with my kids. I've been coming for years and yes have experienced some rude Doctors unfortunately but I've experienced rude Doctors in other places too. I continue to come for the positive services I receive. Staff has always been nice and welcoming. Even have recommended other family members for services here.

Sadly, make an appointment what's these people is like waiting for a winning lottery ticket. I will say I did like the doctor that I saw the first time that I went there and the only time for that matter but I'm going to have to change my primary care and I recommend you guys don't even bother signing up with these people.

If you u ever think of going here plz don’t they will keep switching your appointment a month ahead
It’s devastating trying to get in to see to the doctor that’s on duty. I had a horrible experience here and if you’re a person that’s on top of your health otherwise this is not the place for you.
