Made an appointment for 9 a.m. when I came in they told me it was 8:45 a.m. and I had been canceled. After making the appointment I immediately put it on my calendar so I know I wasn't mistaken. I was there at 8 55 am and they refuse to see me. I had driven an hour and a half to for this appointment one way and this is how they treated me I offered to stick around so they could squeeze me in and they refuse to do that as well. They seem to have no problem with making you wait up to an hour for your appointment but when you are 10 minutes late according to them which I was not there was no flexibility or willingness to accommodate me. I would not recommend anyone going here my experience with my doctor has been great but the staff at the front desk are totally unresponsive they also kept my personal hard copy of my medical records for over a month and never returned my phone call after I called to see what happened to them. I think the cancellation of my appointment was in retribution to me telling them that they dropped the ball on returning my medical records. I'm not sure what other explanation there would be for such rude Behavior and out right lying about the time of my scheduled appointment.

Dr Voyles is ok, but the rest of her staff is a joke. I have never, in 38 years, been treated so poorly by anyone in the medical field. I would never recommend their office, and wish I hadn’t wasted my time establishing care there. Just awful.
