I was referred by my primary medical doctor to see a specialist here. As always I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment. I filled out some paperwork online but when I got there they said they don’t have it, so I had to fill out some paperwork again. Not a big deal.
The Urgent Care is there on one side. There were a lot of people waiting. I was seen briefly by the doctor and was asked for a follow up visit in 6 weeks time.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Eshagh at Centers For Family Health -Santa Rosa is kind, patient, and professional. She explained in detail my treatment options. The entire visit from start to finish was a great experience.

Went in to see the dermatologist for skin cancer screening. They made me wait for over an hour before being seen. Once the Dr came in she asked if I was there for a skin cancer screening. As soon as I said yes she immediately began checking my skill and calling out medical terms to her assistant. I pointed out several areas of concern but she minimized most and said I'll get you a prescription and I'll give a referral for a a food doctor for a biopsy. I tried to ask questions about these last two issues but she said instructions on use will be on the prescription and I will send the referral. She was out the door after literally 5 minutes!! I checked and yes 5 minutes without any information about anything was the outcome of this office visit. I am still shocked by the lack of information or professionalism of this Dr. I will most definitely not return and unfortunately I'll need to schedule another appt with another dermatologist. Waist of time and money. Patients beware.

I have never left a review before for anything but this time I am… I’ve been bringing my son here since he’s been born, all the staff in front has almost always been rude to me but I didn’t care because I loved his Dr. she was great! But today we went in and weren’t able to be seen bc I was running 6 minutes behind our appt time… (as if they don’t make you wait 20-30 mins just to call you back into the room) and then the lady in front acted like she was checking us in and then says “let me see if you guys can still be seen” and then comes back 5 mins later and says “yea sorry but i have to reschedule you because my manager said no” and i asked do you guys have a certain grace period of how long a patient can be late before you can’t see them (which usually every office has) and she said “no my manager just said no because it’s going to be a long appointment” and then tries to schedule me another day as if i can just take days off of work all the time… they’re always rude and don’t care about their people!! There are so many other jobs in the world and if they hate theirs that much then they shouldn’t be working at a medical office!!! DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE ..

Over the years I have had need of an urgent care for several things. Both the staff up front and in the back have been professional, personable and patient. The doctors have been the same. I have only good things to say about the clinic. You might have a wait if they are very busy but that's true in any urgent care. This morning was another very satisfactory visit. Dr. Wright (sp. ?) was his usual friendly self.

I have been taking my 18 month old daughter there and my experience has been good until I took her into the urgent care because I knew something wasn't right. The doctor basically said she looks fine, gave me a script for cough meds, and sent me on my way. So I decided to take her to a hospital ER. Within hours my daughter was air lifted to ucla because her lung was completely full of fluid. I don't get how the doctor from CMH would tell me my daughter is ok in that condition.

Dr Brian Santini is one of the best primary care physicians I’ve had. He spends time with his patients, he listens carefully and he discusses their concerns with them. Dr. Santini includes the patient in making decisions about treatment and care. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Santini and I highly recommend him. His assistant Anna is also excellent and helpful. In regard to the office staff, I have seen a decline in customer service at most medical facilities since the Covid disruptions. I don’t think they are any worse than other doctors’ offices these days, however office front desk employees should be better trained and should remain sensitive to patients’ discomfort and concerns.

Dr. Butler is very sweet and attentive. I wish I could say the same for her nurse. I wish I caught her name but she was a young heavy set Latina woman. She was extremely rude for literally no reason. She seemed annoyed by my asking questions about my medical paperwork etc. I think it’s important to have a trust between a patient and their nurses and unfortunately it seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. I will be coming back here again because I have awful insurance so I’m stuck with this office. Hopefully the nurses can fix their attitudes
