Poor costumer service. They told me walkings are welcome any time. They don't have lonch hours and I arrived at 11:50. They said sorry we are in lonch. Nurce is out and she is coming back until 1:00 ok.
At least when you call they should let patients know because many of us are from orher places.

Had a really helpful appointment with Robert Fielding, a very knowledgeable nurse practitioner, and Dr. Mark Barrett has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was 9 months old. I've always felt safe and listened to by everyone there, including the front desk. It's always stressful dealing with health issues and I'm grateful that I've always felt like I and my daughter are being cared for when I'm there.

I have Medi-Cal. My son sees pediatrician Dr. Mark Barrett and I have just started seeing obstetrician Dr. Miriam Delosantos. We always receive great care. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take time to answer questions. The nurses/physician assistants are always so kind to my son and myself. Everyone from front desk to back of office is always very polite. I appreciate everyone coming together to take care of our community. Although there are times where there is a long wait, I believe it is to be expected and everyone is always ready to apologize for the delay so there is a great sense of value that the staf has for their patients. Thank you everyone at CMH Center for Family Health at 138 W Main St!!!

I just gave birth to my daughter on August 22 and was told Dr. Barrett was the best pediatrician around. I chose to try him out and I have never experienced anything worse. I called while I was still in the hospital to make an appointment for her and they told me I had an appointment on August 28th at 12:45. I go to my appointment and get told at the front desk that they couldn’t do an appointment but had me under a walk in and to just wait in the lobby to be called. I waited 2 1/2 hours with my 6 day old daughter to never be called back. I have never once had to wait that long at a clinic before. Also since it was my first time there I had to fill out all the paperwork and insurance forms , which I had a couples questions about and the when I asked they lady upfront all she did was gave me attitude and made it seem like I was stupid for asking the question. Never going back to that office or referring them to anyone I know.

Horrible experience. Went in for a psychical and tb test walked out having my HIPPA rights violated by Robert Fielding. Spoke up and the office protected him. Robert was rude, judgmental, and threw my paperwork on the floor without answering any of my questions. Robert was the worst PA I've ever encountered. No bedside manner, and discriminated against me. If something goes wrong, they don't care. They protect each other in the office no how bad the mistake is. Profit over people!

You office doesn't care about the patients and it SHOWS!

It was a Bad experience, the office staff was not nice. My daughter went there for a required job drug testing. We were told testing hours were between 10am and 3 pm. Went there at 1145 we were told everyone was at lunch to come back at 130 pm. We came back at 01:15 pm she waited till 2pm advised them we had to leave for work they said they still had not started the process, requested her ID and paperwork back so we could leave, they didn't want to give it back, she got her ID back and not the paper work from her job. She left crying. I understand being busy but the staff didn't have to be mean. I would not recommend this place. 02-06-23

Have had nothing but a horrible experience with m Dr Barrett! He will no longer see my new born son who has a breathing condition all because we had to reschedule 3 times due to the fact of possible Covid scares at home and work to where we couldn’t enter the office that could possibly put others at risk. So not only is this doctor refusing aid to be son but he himself has also moved my previous appointments around to accommodate himself. I have been waiting for the last for 104 hours to get a call back and nothing. Finally I get through to the main office on main street and get told again I would have a branch manager call me instead of the doctor himself. Meanwhile my son has a breathing condition that doctor Barrett said he would see him no matter what. Now all because of the pandemic we didn’t want to get other sick. this doctor is falling back on his oath is taking care of children. This has to do with as well as me as my right as my sons father to not let my son get all these vaccines they want to give him every time he goes to the doctor for viruses we don’t even see anymore. The doctors make a certain amount of money for every vaccine they give these newborns which has had factual facts to lead to autism. This is not right that me being a parent I am getting muscled trying to just get my child seen.
