This place is a joke. They don’t respond to the pharmacy when prescriptions are out of refills. My pharmacy has reached out 3 times this week and no one responded to them until I finally got fed up and contacted my case manager. Here it is Friday, still nothing was done and my provider obviously doesn’t work on Fridays, they tried to get another provider to send the refills and insurance must’ve denied it. The other thing I loathe is there are too many people involved. I had an urgent need for something to calm down my anger, I sent a text to my case manager next thing I knew I had an appointment with my provider; the kicker? The provider had NO idea what I was there for, apparently he didn’t even know it was me that sent a particular text. He doesn’t even have my records from my previous psychiatrist in San Diego, he goes by what I tell him. Pretty sure I could’ve easily gotten Ativan or Xanax prescriptions because he wouldn’t know the difference. This not requesting records from previous doctors sent up a red flag in my mind and made consider this place a bit sketchy. I do not recommend this place, however this is Yuma so it’s probably not any better than anywhere else in town. Just my $0.02

Good people that try hard to help other people, without discrimination...Try to find that in white-washed, short hair, no beard, car MUST be shiney, snowbirds looking through you, Yuma, Arizona, any place else in Yuma.
