Deserves zero stars. I've been trying to get an insurance claim refiled correctly so as to show in-network for 2 months. They keep telling me it was refiled but won't send me proof. One person told me she would send it - never received . Next person told me they're "not allowed" to send me proof. My insurance company hasn't received a second claim. After 5 calls over 2 months (and several "disconnects"), I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. The rep, Leonard, kept repeating "They'll just tell you the same thing I did," speaking over me and getting upset when I raised my voice (to be heard over him). FINALLY he transferred me to a supervisor who I was able to clearly communicate with and she found no indication that the claim had been refiled. She emailed me contact info and said she would take care of it. After speaking to her, I am somewhat confident that this will actually get done. It's mind-boggling that all the other people I spoke to provided false information and resisted escalating the call despite my asking 10-15 times. Unbelievably frustrating.

If I could give less than one star, I would. In the beginning, we met in person to have my son fitted for a cpap machine. The gentleman was knowledgeable and helpful with teaching us how to use it. The problems arose when he told us that the equipment (hose, face mask, etc.) would be delivered automatically...they're not. I spent time away from my job trying to contact people, leaving messages, and reaching no one. When I finally reached someone, they sent the wrong size. I then spent weeks trying to contact them again and get a new mask that was the right size. Now he's out of compliance and the insurance won't cover it and they want me to pay out of pocket. The only time the company seems to do their job is when they want money or the machine back. Do not waste your time or energy working with this company unless you have endless amounts of free time on your hands and nothing better to do with your day. Ps...not a Karen or someone who didn't follow the rules. I legit have never written a negative post in my life, but this company is that bad.

Working with this company trying to get medical equipment for 5months. Initially thoughts this was due to insurance company issues but turns out it this company inability to communicate within their dept. Ihave heard we are working on it. Then when calling a week later nothing has moved. No update then come to find out the are running through the wrong insurance..after being given the correct by Dr and myself.

I don't understand the negativity about this establishment. Granted, several years ago under the old management the people inside practically drove the business into the ground. The drivers tried but without support from the inside it was no use. Then Marsha (and others) took over and there was a complete turn around. Organization on the inside and the drivers outside are top notch and professional now. I actually enjoy talking to them now when they call me about issues related to my oxygen deliveries. And no matter the weather, soaking wet, frigid cold, or unberable heat the driver always shows up with a big smile and great attitude! That helps.

I had my son on oxigen for 1 week and asked them to pick up the equipment for 4 weeks ! I lost time from work and call them daily.. the costumer service really is not good. And charge insurance company .. this is not ok . You wonder why tax payers and insurance is so high! It's from company's that like this who do not do there job!

After 4 calls to customer service and people saying they were go to do something and they don't, my issue is still unresolved. It's hit and miss on someone picking up the phone and after waiting a couple of days, still nothing. I would advise to find a reliable and more responsive company.

This company is totally unreliable. Every order we make is never delivered on time. When you are expecting an oxygen delivery and it never comes it is very discouraging. They don't care about their customers or if they inconvenience them. I feel bad for any of their customers that depend on oxygen to be able to go to appointments or shopping etc. They lie and say they will call to confirm delivery, they never call or come. This company should be shut down. Terrible service!

Taking my business elsewhere. Have been trying to get a CPAP machine for over 4 months, they have ignored voicemails and failed to call me back 'within minutes' multiple times.

Don't waste your time.
