I am absolutely appalled at the level of service I have received from this company. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but no one answers the phone and I never receive a call back. They dropped off the equipment and never set it up properly. It has been over 6 weeks of trying to get the equipment set up and nothing has been done. I will be notifying the insurance company that the equipment has not been set up and is unusable so they do not pay for the rental. At this point, I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the insurance company. This is malpractice at its worst.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

this is the worst medical equipment I ever dealt with not only they don't get back with voice mail they don't ship product when promised so I cannot use my sleep machine for over a week because of poor customer relation
