I had a very concerning experience with Dr. Michelle Gallas while she was examining my 3-month-old daughter's ear. She was extremely rough with the otoscope, pushing it in aggressively without any gentleness or care. When my baby screamed in pain, Dr. Gallas showed no concern and did not apologize. Her justification was that my daughter’s ear canals were small, so she had to push the otoscope in further to see properly.

After the appointment, Dr. Duc examined my daughter and confirmed that her ear had been injured during Dr. Gallas’ exam—a deep scratch inside her ear. Instead of acknowledging any fault, Dr. Gallas simply told me to give my baby Tylenol and even suggested I file a complaint if I was concerned.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism. A doctor working with infants should be much more cautious and compassionate. I would not recommend her to any parent.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment here and the receptionist game me the address to the wrong location we had our appointment scheduled at. We arrived 25 minutes early to the appointment but they informed us that they had made a mistake and we needed to drive to the other location. When I called the correct location to let them know we would be able to make the appointment but we would arrive exactly at the appointment time, they told me it was against their policy and would not make an exception even though they had made the error. The receptionist was so rude I considered turning around. We ended up getting there 2 mins before our appointment time and the line was a mile long. There was a ton of very sick people in the waiting room and there was a person arguing with a receptionist.
We decided to turn around and find a different Dr. If you can avoid this place do- I’m obviously not the only person who had a bad experience. If this is how they run their office I certainly wouldn’t trust them with my care or the care of a loved one.

Once I was released from Hospital ,I was referred to community care clinic and From arriving ,intake and reception and nurses are so awesome.Dr.Alexa your such an amazing Dr.Lab tech lady your friendliness and kindness is amazing.Good job nurses .

Dr.Brettman is the best!!! She's a Angel. She took time to explain my medications and the purpose. Also explained my health problems. We talked about 1/2 my issues. I was so happy I forgot to ask about my physical pain problems lol. So much was resolved. I trust her 100%

This facility just wastes people’s time with their lack of internal communication. I was scheduled a test to be taken over 2 months ago by a PA and then showed up today to be told that they don’t have that test kit nor will they get that test kit at this facility. I was called by the facility to confirm the appointment last week for this test and was told over the phone that the confirmation was for this test. Then I show up and am not greeted at all by the nurse and asked a very blunt and personal question right away in order to confirm the death of a family member. I waited in the room for an extended period of time only to be told in a “we don’t do this/this is your fault” tone by the same nurse. Honestly, the nurse was not compassionate at all about the situation before and after discovering there was a mistake on their part. I will not be continuing with this provider. Poor internal and external communication and caused unnecessary stress.

Quite simply Dr Lindsay Brettmann is the cats meow no she's not a veterinarian ha ha! She is a kind and caring Doctor and I am glad she's mine. I trust her completely regarding my health needs.

Every person whom I have dealt with with is more than kind and caring. Appointments are sched far in advance but that is not the fault of the staff here. Obviously if they are this busy people must like coming here. There will never be 100 % satisfaction because our society has changed. These folks work very hard at their jobs and deserve to be commended for putting up with some truly disrespectful people. Thank you all for doing what you do.
