I have a pleasant experience with Compass Medical Clinic's service for my Immigration Exam. The information on the website is detailed and easy to follow. However, in order to ensure the process, I made a call to the front desk and got detailed guidance on what I should do and what the process would look like. Meanwhile, Dr. Bui explained the vaccination requirement and lab test requirement very detailed and happily answered all the questions i have. One of the anxieties for me is on the completion timeline of the Immigration Exam and with the help of Compass Medical Clinic, I got everything completed within 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend Compass Medical Clinic for your Immigration Exam

Very poor customer service. The ladies answering the phones have no knowledge of customer support. They put me on hold for 10 min then they hang up. They put me through all the red tape and take my information but did not tell me from the beginning they are not acceptung new patience. Hope the doctor is better than her staff. Very bad experience with Dr. Gina Bui’s office.

A month ago I chose this clinic for a medical examination for a green card. The woman at the reception took my blood pressure unprofessionally. Severe pain during the measurement itself, and now for a month the muscle on this arm has been in severe pain. I can no longer use my hand normally and lift it without severe pain. If I had known this before, I would never have entered this clinic.

I called around to get a quote for the immigration medical exam and Compass clinic has one of the most competitive and affordable prices in the area! I’m glad I made the right decision to choose them. I read the reviews online first and it turned out right! The staff and Dr Gina are all nice, professional, and friendly! Once my results are ready, they sent me an email to confirm if all my information is correct before they process it and called me the next day to remind me that it is ready for pickup. They are on top and very prompt! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!

As soon as I saw Dr Gina's name on the list of female doctors, I immediately called her clinic and all staff were very accommodating and helpful until the last step of the medical exam. They are also very efficient when it comes to updating the test results and the service fees are affordable. Thank you Dr Gina and staff members for taking good care of patients like me.
