We love all the Drs but Dr. Ewing is our all time favorite. We couldn’t ask for a better Dr. For our kids. She’s so sweet and understanding and breaks everything down in a way that doesn’t make you feel dumb. She take her time and doesn’t rush in and out. She’s so very good with kids!

We moved from Gadsden a few years back and I was recommended to Marshall county Peds by some friends. I’ve had such excellent experiences every time I took my girl's to Marshall peds and now we are continuing care with Compass Peds. Even with the move they have always been professional and caring. Each provider and staff member here have been nothing but professional with me and my girls. I don’t mind waiting I know sometimes there are some cases we may have to wait a little bit but I feel like the quality of care Compass pediatrics shows to my family is priceless and I would totally recommend to anyone.

Dr G is great. Alicia Ewing is great. Hard to get in with both of these.
The office is where it’s a disorganized mess! Our insurance isn’t filed correctly so we get large bills. I have to question each bill to insure it’s been filed properly. We had to move for a temporary (less than 4 months) work related reasons, so I requested the girls medical records Incase anything happened.. (nothing did and never saw a different dr). Now I need to schedule an appointment for well visit and they said bc I made a records request they put my children as inactive and won’t see them again as that makes them a new patient when we have been patients for 3 years at both compass and Marshall medical pediatrics and they aren accepting new patients.
Someone could have informed me that requesting records could jeopardize them being patients I would have never asked for records as I said this was a temporary situation!
