I called and Mary yelled at me that I had called that night and hung up on her. I hadn't. Then she proceeded to tell me what's wrong with me. She also hands out misinformation. She said glaucoma can be cured. I will never call this number again

If you get Mary, hang up and try for another operator. Mary is judgemental and has an accusatory nature. The noise in the background was loud and distracting. Further, Mary disconnected the call for no reason. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT CALL THIS LINE. If i could rate this 0 stars i would. I called to just see if it would be a good warmline(not good to wait until your in a bad place)... There is no compassion and even LESS ear... whatever lady I talked to has no patience and no ability to listen. She wanted to do all the talking after telling me "they are mainly there to listen...." I hung up on them because i dont see how they got a job working in this field. I understand if she has issues... but that means do something else.

I was referred to this warm line from a 988 operator. I called for emotional support during a difficult transition in my life. Only to feel dismissed and slightly worse than I did before. I did not feel any compassion, just judgement and shame. I wasn’t calling for practical advice per se. I and the other people who called wanted to feel heard and not burdensome.

Lady was rude and didn’t offer much help. Just seemed like she didn’t care and wanted to rush me off of the phone. Also sounded like she was ordering food while talking. Third time I’ve tried and it’s been the same every time

While I understand no one will always agree with someone’s concern. The listener on this line did not offer the emotional support I needed in the moment at all. Her solution to emotional abuse was to just tolerate it.
