I love everything about Complete Care. I go to the one in Melbourne and the staff is just amazing! Tina and Juanita at the front desk are great and such sweet girls! Every single person that works at Complete Care is just so kind, caring and so smart!
Also, Dr Jones is also amazing! He really pays attention to what's hurting you and how to make you feel better. I really appreciate this whole staff as a team and really enjoy going there. I definitely recommend this place for your therapy needs!

Juanita & Tina are amazing at the front desk! I did x rays and MRI here they took care of me right away with my issues I’m having. Mr. Jones great with adjustments. Physical therapy with Carla and Riley very personal-able and knowledgeable with the correct exercises/ stretches. Happy with the team

I can't say enough good things about Complete Care of Melbourne! After my husband's accident, he was in a lot of pain and had doubts about his recovery, but their physical therapy program has made such a difference in his healing process. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to create a personalized plan for him that addressed all his concerns. Every session is motivating, and they really push you to do your best, all while being mindful of your limits. The entire staff is so supportive and genuinely cares about your progress. I’m amazed by how much he's improved, and I’m truly grateful for their dedication to his recovery. Highly recommend to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Jones, Rylie, Carla, and Tina at the Melbourne location. The team is attentive and made me feel that my concerns are truly heard.

While I also had a good experience at the Cocoa location with the physical therapists and doctor, I ultimately decided to transition my care to Melbourne. Due to some challenges with the front desk staff, particularly Lenore. Her approach felt a bit too assertive, and I was concerned about a voicemail she left regarding sensitive topics. I believe clear and honest communication is important, and I hope this can be addressed for the benefit of future interactions. This is the reasoning I left 4 instead of 5 stars.

Starting with Patty who scheduled My Husband’s and My MRI today. Patty with Complete Care is so caring her kindness on the phone when scheduling was so professional. To top it off I got a text from Patty today asking how our MRI’s went. That was the sweetest! The reason why was when making my appointment I explained that I am so very claustrophobic I am
Not sure I can complete the MRI of my brain.

So when arriving there today both Tina and Juanita at the front light up the room with their smiles. They greeted us right away and were so kind and helpful.

Once brought in the back area to meet Joey our tech for our MRIs
It’s hard to put in words to explain the warmth in his voice and the genuine individual he is.
He knew about my claustrophobic issue and explained to me what I need to know about what my experience will be like.
His kindness and warmth he has towards each patient I watched him was very comfortable.

With his soothing voice and compassion and allowing my husband to be in the room to touch my leg between the two of them I did it, I made it through the MRI 🙏🏻
The facility is so clean and you see the therapists not just telling their patients what to do, but they actually mirror the patient so they are actually doing the same physical therapy. Overall a wonderful experience
