I’m a patient with Complete Care. The staff there are very professional and attentive to your needs. Manager Christina, staff Yvonne and Maria they are the best. I call all the time with questions they treat me with courtesy and professionalism. Dr Srinivasan is also professional, I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Avoid going here at all cost. I had to change the location. Staff is rude and inconsiderate towards their patients. Also clueless when it comes to authorizations.

You have to sit there and wait for hours, even phone appts are horrible. My last phone appt there was for 9am. When I called closer to 10 to see what the heck is going on, they tell me they will call between 10 and 12. What the heck?! Appt was at 9am! People have to work. Unfortunately because the appointment is for my brother that has special needs he needs to be present during the appt. That means they expect me to use my sick or vacation time waiting on them. Something they are fully aware of.

I've even been at the office with patients that are in pain and have been sitting there for 3 hours. One time they just kept telling this lady you'll be next after sitting there for more than 3 hours. I was so mad when I saw her tears. I feel like they ignore the elderly or the less vocal people.

They are fast to check you in so they can charge the insurance if you walk out. I will also be reporting them with our insurance and primary dr. They should not be referring patients here.

Dr's are aware of the situation, but say they have no control of the scheduling.
Patients need to start reporting them to insurance carriers and their primary dr.
I have to say that so far the drs were nice and knowledgeable, but I feel like they are doing a disservice to their patients by not running the office properly.

This is about Dr Douglas H Phan I see he's got 100% one star review and I can confirm that with a patient that he has seen or was seening never taking medicine in her whole life but he diagnosed her schizophrenic by the word of the home that she was in at that time not buy her words not talking with her because she is nonverbal so how can they diagnose her schizophrenia the home wanted her medicated so they didn't have to deal with her the doctor did not get any of the family history Only By Word of mouth by the people that brought her in she left her home physically able to use canes able to go to the bathroom by herself feed herself move around stand up sit on the couch get into the car by herself had so much strength very talkative but they did not like that so in the year and a half that they had her she lost her Mobility to move her Mobility to stand up and get on the couch get in her wheelchair lost her ability to go to the bathroom so now she pees and poops in her pants because they did not care sticker in the corner drooling so they didn't have to deal with her horrible that this doctor did this not knowing exactly what the problem was just automatically diagnosed her schizophrenic and gave her medication for it I've known her 40 years she is not schizophrenic there is nothing wrong with her that needs psychotic medication it was just the home that wanted to sedate her so again how can this doctor still be practicing with you when they do that horrible horrible person I can't believe you still have this doctor working for you in looking at Central City reviews you got a 2.9 review to Star because of your staff I haven't even been in the building and I would never want to go in there because of what I've heard about the staff you should have a meeting with the staff members you should disbar or get rid of the doctor for doing this to her you don't prescribe a psychotic medicine and diagnose her schizophrenic when you've never talked to the family only going by word of mouth of the people that were taking care of her if I could leave a zero star review that's what I would have been leaving not a one star zero star and she will never see this doctor ever again I have taken her off all medication that he has prescribed her because she don't need it she's back at her home where she belongs and where people love her and don't need to drug her to take to be able to take care of her I'm getting her Mobility back I'm getting her to tell me when she needs to go potty so she could go potty in the toilet and not in her pants that the home wanted her to do the home needs to be closed down to which is A and M il home care 1476 Mural Dr Claremont California they are horrible people for doing this to her

If there are zero stars that can be given to the staff-then it should be. We had been Dr's patient for last several years and the staff just does not understand concept of time management. Dr. Srinivasan is great but the staff is for lack of better words horrible and mostly should be fired. They will give you an appointment of 9:30 am and you will not see doctor till at least 1 PM in afternoon. You are effectively camping in this facility for whole day wasting valuable time of your life. Next time I am going to back charge these people for hours spent in waiting to teach lesson.

Hi. I have regular check-ups done in this clinic for 2 years now and I am very pleased with how efficient their clinic is. For one, they got all the machines needed for the diagnostics in one place, so I didn't have to go out of the clinic and have my labs somewhere else.Two, I get reminder calls for upcoming appointments and I'm glad they do that because I tend to forget it sometimes. Three, my attending physician, Dr. Srini is really good in looking into my health condition and explaining to me the medications and other procedures that I have to go through. Overall, I'm very happy with their service. Two thumbs up!

This place is horrible. I’ve been a patient for over 3 years and it’s always the same thing wait literally HOURS to be seen. yWhen you’re finally seen, trying to schedule another appointment is like pulling teeth, maybe even more painful. They won’t schedule you unless you have an authorization, I get it, but when the office staff is supposed to get that authorization for you, it just doesn’t happen. You wait weeks, sometimes months until you just can’t wait anymore and you have to go to your primary to obtain one. The staff is definitely not on top of things. The Office manager won’t do anything until it becomes a rea emergency. The doctor and PA are attentive, but the staff needs to seriously be evaluated!

Dr Bustamant is the best Dr ever it took me 20 years to find a Dr that can help me and if it wasnt for him i woulnt be walking i was helpless he the nicest Dr. ever. I recommend him to all those who have arthritis their no other Dr. Like him he one of a kind that helps people love my Dr may God keep you helping others like me
