We just received our Cubby bed from Complete Care!! I cannot say enough nice things about the entire experience. LeighAnn was such a great help in getting our claim approved. Both Matt and Drew were very professional and efficient at setting up the bed.

This place has always been so helpful for both me and my family. Denise Whisenant helped fulfill my order for my child's nebulizer. She made everything a breeze as far as paperwork, insurance, and all and helped me pick out the perfect nebulizer for him (a frog), he loved it. I can't thank her enough as days are always super busy for me. I also got to meet Poppy, she helped show me how to use it and was very informative. These ladies are great and very sweet! I greatly thank them!!

Can’t say enough about Complete Care! What a great company. I was in town for business and realized that I was missing my CPAP mask. When I called I was greeted on the phone with care and concern as Poppy and Beth worked to find my correct mask. Payment over the phone was easy and they offered to drop the mask off at my hotel. I love southern town hospitality as this would have never gone this easy in Florida. Anyone that needs any type of medical supplies won’t be disappointed from the service of Complete Care.

I have been a Diabetic since 1990 and have never had any Diabetic shoes. My doctor recommended them since I was having problems with shin splints. Poppy at complete care met with me and fitted me and she showed me available shoes and ordered me some. She took care of all the paperwork Medicare required and called me when the shoes came in. She fitted the insoles to my feet and made a follow up call to make sure that they were working correctly. She was a great help in this. I would recommend anyone needing Diabetic shoes to use her.

Contacted this great business to get replacement wheels for my knee scooter. Spoke with Denise, who was always so polite and nice, she put in my order and upon their arrival contacted me to let me know they were ready for pick up. I was greeted with kindness upon entering and paying for the product and left knowing that if I ever needed DME supplies that they'd be at the top of my list to contact. Thank you for the kindness!

Went in to get compression hose. Two people sitting at a desk that wouldn't help. One lady taking order to a car at the door with someone blowing smoke out. Said she would help me, but didn't wait because of the other two sitting at desk that could have helped.
