We LOVE the Complete Pediatrics team! I am so thankful I found a pediatrician that is knowledgeable and truly cares about my kids.

We always enjoy seeing Chyanne! She greets us with a smile and genuinely cares about how my kids are doing. She is great at making my toddler feel comfortable. She gives explanations in detail and is always willing to answer my questions. I appreciate how easy it is to talk to her.

We love Chyann and Karleigh! We are new to the area and my kids were nervous about going to a new pediatric clinic, but were quickly at ease after meeting them. They both have been so sweet and helpful and according to my oldest they are the best at giving shots too!

Dr Rezaei is and has been my children’s pediatrician for almost 9 years & after my oldest went to another doctor due to her insurance, I am positive that she is the best pediatrician in southern Indiana. So personable & gentle with the kids. She is truly a blessing & im so happy my kids have her!

Dr R , was so rude every appointment we had , we decided to switch pediatricians when my son was 6 months old . She told us he was too fat , which is crazy considering he was completely fine and no other healthcare professionals saw any issues with his weight. Then our next visit she told us our son needed to go to head start because his legs weren’t strong and at this rate he wouldn’t be walking by one . He started walking at 10 months and I never took him to head start. At our next visit she told us his head tilts to the left too much and I need to change the way he’s sleeping . I was a first time mom and everytime I went in that building I hated it . So we switched pediatricians. Now I gave birth at Floyd to my second as well and told them I didn’t want her as his pediatrician but they sent her in anyways the day after he was born and she refused to take his umbilical cord clip off and told us she will take it off in a few days at his appointment. I told her she is not his pediatrician and she walked out of the room . His belly button ended up very sensitive and opened up and we had to take him to the hospital to get it cauterized. A whole situation that could’ve been avoided if she just had listen to the parents of the child. I would never recommend her to anyone .

Chyann is truly amazing, an absolute God send! My children have been coming to this practice for over 15 years. In that 15 years we've had plenty of shots, snots and tears. Through it all the staff members have been very dedicated to improving their health. However Chyann has completely gone above and beyond for one of my children. My daughter had been experiencing some complicated health issues. As a mother I was concerned and felt defeated. That's until Chyann went the extra mile for my baby. She called, faxed and scheduled with every known pediatric specialist in the surrounding area. She worked tirelessly until she found us help. She even reached out to doctor's offices all the way in Cincinnati!!! Chyann is simply a beautiful, kind gem! Doctor Rezaei you're lucky to have her apart of the team!!!!!

Let me start my review by saying I used to be a patient of Dr. Rezaei when I was an adolescent. An experience my mother will never forgot and I will share for her. Is when we were left completely forgotten by Dr. R and her staff. We had waited in the room after the nurse said someone would be right in. Nobody came, so my mother went to see how much longer. A nurse noticed mom in the hallway and asked, "has nobody been in to see you yet?!" my mom said no. The nurse apologized and her my mother know that most of the staff had left for lunch. We had been completely forgotten.
Years later, I was willing to let this go because I wanted to send my own children to a doctor I was familiar with. Since she had even started her own practice, I assumed things would be good.
But, Dr. Rezaei and her team only disappointed.
From the very beginning my husband and I do not agree with the DCD and all that they require in the aspect of vaccinations. We told the doctor and nurses we would be doing an alternative schedule for our kids and they allowed us, we even signed a form saying we would be declining SOME vaccinations.
Ever since that visit we were treated differently. They did not ask to make another appointment for my daughter. Which I didn't mind because she really only needs checkups once a year or if she gets sick.
2 months ago, I had my son, while we were at his newborn visit I asked Dr. R to check on my daughters ears because she was complaining they hurt. Dr. R said she was fine, they just had a little fluid, and to use saline spray in her nose to help her sinuses drain. The next night we are in the urgent care and being told she has had an ear infection for a couple days now and prescribed a round of antibiotics. After the ear infection is finished, she develops a yeast infection from the medication, I asked that she be seen at Dr. R's office and she is asked to leave a urine sample for them (this is a two year old that is not potty trained)
A few weeks later my daughter is complaining about her ears again and we ask for her to be seen, Dr. R just says to use saline and to give her honey and lemon juice. She proceeds to tell me, "Well this is just what happens when you send a kid to preschool."
After my daughter still not acting right or feeling well, we sent her over to a health specialist in Louisville who diagnosed my daughter with an ear infection and now Bronchitis.
Last week we had an appointment scheduled for my sons' 2 month checkup. The appointment was for 10:30AM I replied to the text that we arrived at 10:42AM, so yes, we were late. But at 11AM they call and say that we need to reschedule since we didn't check in until 10:50AM. I offered to even show them the text that shows we were late but not as late as they claim. But we had to schedule. The new appointment was today, This time I called to check in so last time would not happen again. They told us we could come in, and we did. The first few things the nurse does it the typical weight, length, head circumference, and asking about development. Then she wants to set the next appointments and talk about vaccines. I let her know that my daughter was never made a new appointment after her 2 year check up and I wanted to get that scheduled. I also let her know we will also be doing an alternative schedule like we did with our daughter. That we want to mimic the schedule we used before.
The nurse comes back in and tells us that one of the vaccines we declined are mandatory for their office. I reminded them that we agreed to an alternative schedule and that our daughter never had the vaccine. They said, "We can't figure out why she never got it, but it is mandatory at our office, if you decline you'll be dismissed."
So not only did my son not be seen, or get the vaccines that we did approve today, but we were dismissed for making a decision for our child. Ever since we made the choice to be cautious of what going into our children's bodies, we have been treated different and poorly for that matter. I am highly dissatisfied with the practice.

Dr Razei is the best. Our daughter loves her and we can’t imagine going to anyone else. From our first meeting to many appointments later, everything has been great with her. Also our favorite nurse there, Chyann, really takes the time to get to know the families. We look forward to seeing her at our visits. Overall we cannot recommend Complete Pediatrics enough.

I couldn't imagine giving anything less than 5 stars here. I saw Dr. Rezaei as a child and was so glad when we found her in the area for my daughter. I now have the experience as both a patient and parent of one and can't express how great of a pediatrician she is. We also have recently been seeing Carley in the office as well and she has been nothing less than extraordinary herself. She is very genuine and seems to truly care about her patient as well as being very informative and knowledgeable.
