I started at CPTW 6 days after a full knee replacement. Used a walker on day 1 and after 4 visits I walked without any assistance. Elizabeth was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about how to help and guide patients with knee replacements do their best to recover. She made PT fun while making sure that I progressed each week with home exercises and strengthening exercises. I was able to get full flexibility and even able to hit golf balls after 12 PT sessions!
The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating …..look no further for your physical therapy needs.

I have been going to Complete Physical Therapy for a few months to heal after my rotator cuff surgery. Theresa is my Physical Therapist. Her positive attitude and consistent feedback on what to expect from my therapy has been a big help in getting me back on the path to healing. All of the staff there is great. Over the years I have had physical therapy for various injuries. Complete Physical Therapy is the best by far. Highly recommend them.

As an occupational therapist AND a patient, Complete PT is, bar none, the best PT clinic I have experienced in my 30 years of practice and 15+ years of receiving PT for various issues. The clinic is beautiful, light, clean and calm, SO conducive to healing. All staff are kind, patient, compassionate with a good sense of humor. PTs are timely and expedient, rare wait times, AND you don't feel rushed. They do their best to accommodate your schedule. I've worked with Theresa, Jen and Alice, (for a variety of conditions) all of whom are exceptional clinicians with extensive experience with all ages. They are also warm, honest and forthright. They listen and work hard to meet your needs and to create user friendly home programs to get you up, reduce pain and moving as soon as possible. They are generous and help you to find equipment or resources which save time, money and footwork. Jen helped me find equipment to provide cold therapy and support me post hip replacement and sources for in home PT post op. She talked to me about Pilates which has made a huge difference in my life! What I LOVE most and is so unique to this setting is that they provide private rooms for evaluation and treatment, which is not often found in rehab centers and PT clinics. You can receive PT in private whenever possible, rather than a large room with other patients, when you may be feeling vulnerable, in pain or exposed. You always leave with a clear plan which they ensure you understand the evaluation results and treatment plan. I highly recommend Complete PT and Wellness without reservation!!! You will not be sorry and you'll leave healthy and happy.

Couldn’t recommend complete physical therapy more. I was a college athlete who ACL reconstruction In November with a plan to return to pitching by March 7th. I worked with Theresa over the months from November to February and she got me back fully healthy by my goal start date. She was professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. I highly recommend Theresa and any of the PTs at Complete Physical Therapy.

The phone call I just had with the receptionist was very unpleasant. I understand we all have bad days, but she was very condescending and rude. I’m giving three stars just because this place came highly recommended but this was a very disappointing start.

EDIT: I am lowering the previous rating. The person I saw made me feel so hopeless about my problem. The first thing I was asked to do was touch my toes. I can’t remember the exact phrases, but it was something to the tune of “yikes, this is the worst I’ve ever seen”. After that comment I already didn’t feel great about coming here. Next, I made it clear that I would be in pain if my body was pushed to a certain extent. That was not abided by at all, and as much as I tried to hold it back, I involuntarily shed a tear or two because of the pain. Ouch.

I was very pleased with my Physical Therapy from the scheduling with Joanne Bergeron and my awesome PT with Theresa Brassard. I highly recommend Complete Physical Therapy if I could give them ten stars I would indeed.

I called today receptionist “Joanne” was rude, hung up on me then I called again and stated a racist comment. Said I was wasting my time since there is a language barrier. That is not acceptable at all. DON’T WASTE YOU TIME CALLING THIS PLACE. You can tell this lady is a miserable specimen.
