The staff at your Arlington Heights location are outstanding. All three techs (Lila, Dylan and Gilbert) are professional and pay such close attention to "get it right." Wait times are non-existent. Gilbert even went above and beyond my last visit. My car wouldn't start, and Gilbert volunteered to repair it. He did...and I was on my way. How much more could anyone ask!!

For the type of shoes I need this is the only game in town, and they don't care for 3 months I have been trying to get the brace. And I keep hearing that they don't have the correct paperwork. I am a ping pong between the Dr and cpo. Dr has said they fax it too them and cpo says they don't have it. If possible go somewhere else

Visited the Arlington Heights location with a relative who was born in the 1940s with club foot. Dylan was our Tech, listened carefully and was eager to assist with the right solution for my relative which involved taking casts of the feet so new braces could be made for existing custom shoes. When the braces arrived, Dylan was careful to make fine adjustments based on my relative's feedback so the braces would better suit the feet and shoes. He left us with clear dismissal instructions so the braces could be broken in or should further adjustments be needed. Dylan was observant of details and well thought out during our visits with him. Brought tremendous relief to someone who greatly needed it. We are grateful.

Very welcoming and courteous front of house staff, appointments have always been prompt over multiple visits. My clinician, Gilbert, was very thorough and made sure I understood the process and my options. I'm happy to have CPO as the provider for my orthotics.

The African American Girl who ensures the phone is so rude and unprofessional, after complaining about my accent she yelled at me & up hang off, Apparently I paid the consequences of her bad day.
