I've been a patient of Dr. Zuberi's for 19 years. He's an incredible doctor to say the least. He's patient, kind and compassionate. He will collaborate with you to build the best possible treatment plan. He doesn't over medicate his patients. He doesn't write you a prescription and push you out the door. As for his staff, they're phenomenal! Everyone I've dealt with, from the office to the answering service, has always been so kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Comprehensive Psychiatric Services. I'm just so grateful that I found them all those years ago.

If I could give negative stars I would. Sent my intake paperwork to a hospital social worker instead of my personal email and then cancelled my appointment because an intake form was not done. Give them my correct email, got the intake form which I completed. Called them and rescheduled. Got sent the intake form again even though I had already completed it. Tried to call and email them to let them know it was already done. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Found out this morning my appointment has been cancelled yet again even though I have now completed the intake form twice. Oh and the next available appointment isn't until next week sometime when I will already be out of medicine. Call service staff are incredibly unhelpful, supervisors don't want to come to the phone, no one wants to take any accountability. All of this is coming from a medical assistant and front office receptionist, I literally do this type of thing for a living. Please for the love of God do not give this terrible terribly company your time or money. They certainly will waste your time.

Since starting my TMS treatments at this facility, I’ve been consistently impressed. Walking into an office where multiple professionals are actively working—setting appointments and checking in patients—can sometimes feel overwhelming, but not here. The staff is exceptionally friendly and charming, which makes all the difference.

It’s clear they’re happy in their roles, and that positive energy is contagious. They have a glow about them that instantly makes me feel comfortable. No matter what kind of day I’m having, they always find a way to lift my spirits with their kindness and compliments.

I have to give special recognition to Paula, who administers my TMS treatments. She is an angel—absolutely beautiful inside and out. Her professionalism, kindness, and care are unmatched. She has the perfect attitude, personality, and charm for working with patients.

I truly feel cared for, and this team makes the entire experience a positive one!
