I have been seeing Dr Li for Six years. He has treated me gentle and with respect and always make sure that I’m well taken care of. There is a highly recommend him. I have serious issues in my back and very very seldom. Have to take any pain medication due to his excellent treatment.

Dr Gang Li is very caring and skilled at finding and treating the best injection site to help keep me mobile the past seven years. He also says "let me know if this doesn't help enough, we have more things to try" He knows that hope is powerful medicine and motion is the only way to move forward. The phones and schedules are often too busy, and I have stopped by the office to leave a note for the doctor with good result. I love Dr Li!

Dr Li himself is a nice guy but our experience with dealing with this office was the WORST. My 15 year old daughter desperately needed a pain block procedure which he recommended. Fast forward FIVE WEEKS after our visit…they never return my calls, they filed for the procedure with the insurance wrong which meant we were denied, the peer to peer we daily asked for never happened, our doctor who referred us tried THREE TIMES to get a hold of him and never could. All calls are forwarded to voice mail. And to make matters worse the calls were to the voice mail of a person who didn’t even work there anymore. I called our insurance almost daily and they had heard nothing from them including never receiving her medical records…which even they knew were the basics of requesting a medical procedure. Finally I got fed up and just went the Dr Li’s office IN PERSON TWO TIMES to speak to the front desk and get the ball rolling. Even talked to the manager. NOTHING! It was totally maddening. All the while my daughter is suffering.

We ended up going to Allied Pain and Spine institute and seeing Dr Watford. Within one week of that first visit, her office got the procedure approved by insurance and scheduled for the following week, and DONE! Not to mention the multiple calls from them covering all the bases. They were kind and efficient. Dr Li’s office should take a lesson in good business practice from them.

And for the record, we still have heard NOTHING from Dr Li’s office.

Got a mri back and knees over a year ago still waiting
Asked what was going on pass the buck saying that they contacted my primary which is not true primary doctor been with him since I was 15 now 50 like a friend to my family

Do not go to this place. Physican Assistance seem to leave after about 3-4 weeks. Always getting new assistance.
