I was pleasantly surprised with my recent visit. I went there once, maybe 2-3 years ago for an urgent matter and the nurse practitioner at the time was horrible. She was so rude and judgmental and kept telling me I was lying to her..it completely turned me off from the place. Who gets into healthcare to belligerently shame your patients? I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about going back, angered that I had to be there because of my employers mistakes and not ready to be shamed for the manual labor work I do as a very small woman. Well, to my surprise, my good old friend must not work there anymore! (Or at least I hope not). Every last one of the staff was friendly and it made the visit a breeze. I’d like to give a huge thanks to Barbara and Janet for being clear with me, kind and compassionate as I was a bit nervous for all the tests, and for speaking with me on a personal level. They both seemed to truly care for my well-being and I very much enjoyed the conversation and company with both of them!

Not a good experience with the nurse practitioner who took every opportunity to poke fun at how I had described the issue my child was being seen for. She did not believe that my child was in pain because she was calm. The practitioner openly showed that she was skeptical and questioned my child's reason for being seen. She told me that my child could have 800mg of ibuprofen, which the Doctor we saw the next day said that was an unexceptable amount for my child's age and weight. She was rude to myself and my child. We will not be seen at Concentra Urgent Care again for any reason.

Absolutely terrible experience. I am not one to write negative reviews but this was not okay. Had an 8 am appointment for a DOT physical and didn’t see the medical provider until close to 9:30. Most all the staff were kind and helpful, but medical provider (nurse practitioner) was incredibly rude and unkind. I’ve worked in medicine and I know how crazy it can be, but this woman had zero regard for me as her patient. If I had the choice to die or go back, I’d pick death…

Barb did my initial check in before the dr arrived. She’s an amazing person and was friendly and welcoming to talk to. She was quick and efficient and the dr that came in was very understanding of my mistake I made on my paperwork. We got it all squared away and the dr was super nice. Front desk ladies are always fun to joke with as well.

I was a walk in close to lunchtime. They fit me in no problem and the staff was in a good mood despite the crowded waiting room. I got my CDL physical completed and out the door with medical card in hand in about an hour. Short time to wait for a walk in

I waited for 3 hours to be seen which was fine because it’s an urgent care. But the Doctor who was supposed to help me find what was going on was telling me I could be pregnant and wanted to do an ultrasound and asked me “is it going to ruin your life if you’re pregnant?” Then asked if my husbands life would be ruined. I was NOT pregnant and she didn’t do anything else to try to find pain in my pelvic area, no test for a UTI or anything after they found blood in my urine. I left still in pain and was told to go to ER and drink miralax because they didn’t have a lot of resources. Felt like she just wanted me out the door because she was only Dr there. And made me freak out thinking my life could be ruined if I ended up being pregnant. Went to the ER- had a UTI and ovarian cyst. Would not go here again, Doctor was absolutely rude and not helpful.

Unprofessional. I showed up for an appointment early and waited a good 30 minutes after my scheduled time before I was seen. The material they used for testing(text) was faded and scratched so page numbers could not be indicated as to what was correct. The staff are nice and friendly. However, The doctor was extremely rude.

I called on behalf of our company to address a few employee needs for work clearances. Courtney was fantastic! She was patient and thorough. I couldn't have asked for a better customer handling our needs. Thank you so much, will definitely rely on Concentra for all of our future needs.
