I would give them a minus 10!! This place purposely ripped off an 86 year old, selling her a mobility scooter over the phone, telling her it was a light weight scooter she could lift up and put in her car. The guy who delivered it had a hard time getting it out of his vehicle sweating profusely and leaving quickly because they made her pay over the phone. After I helped her out because she was SO upset about this scooter, she was not comfortable operating it and it definitely was not light enough for her to put in her car, I couldn’t lift it and I’m 65 she is 86!! We got a neighbor to put it in my car to take it back to Concierge Medical Supply and they would not take it back, they even changed their receipt that they had in the store to have an x in the box stating no returns, she would not sign her delivery receipt with the X in box, stating she wanted to try it out and the man said that was ok. This poor lady lost a lot of sleep and was so stressed out about losing the $950 they charged her card over the phone for a scooter they lied about!!! They are rip offs big time!!!!!!!!!

Shawn sold us a stander that was way too small for my Dad, even after seeing and discussing my Dad's height with us upon delivery. At the time, we did not know that standers came in various sizes, and depended on this business to deal with us honestly. Once we saw that the stander was way too small for Dad to use, we attempted to contact Shawn repeatedly. He eventually responded, offering less than half what we paid for the equipment, and refusing to even acknowledge his own mistake. His attitude was rude, snarky, and unprofessional. When we declined to accept less than half what we paid in exchange for returning the machine, Shawn said "have a good life" and slammed down the phone. Please stay far away from this unprofessional and unkind business that values money over customers.

This place has a fairly big selection of items. They have a little of everything and are decently priced. They were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. They were a life saver when looking for a lift chair for my mom.

My wife rolled her ankle and was in need of a walking boot. She soon found out at the boot helped, but she could not put pressure on her ankle. The staff helped us get fitted into a knee scooter, and it was exactly what she needed to get around. Very affordable too. Thank you for the professionalism and taking the time to set her up correctly.

Called them to see if they had what my family member needed in stock. The kind gentleman over the phone quickly checked and offered the piece of equipment for about $30 less than any other place listed online including Amazon. Would recommend calling or stopping in especially if what you need isn’t a standard walker or commode that most places have readily available.
