I shop at giant every weekend and thought I would come in to see if they had a different type of cat food for my kitten. I purchased three cans, one of which they did not like. I returned to the store the following week with my receipt and they explained that they can only give me store credit.

The store manager was standing behind the counter and I explained how I didn’t think that was right. She did not apologize or even seemed to care.

. A message to the owner, you need to provide better service, return policy and customer experience.

This pet store is great, has pet supplies for dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, birds and etc. They have a large selection of dog and cat food. The pet toy selection has many great affordable toys. Lots of nice fish tanks and fish food.

First time visiting this pet store. Photos were being taken with the Easter bunny, who did such an amazing job. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is so much merchandise to choose from if you want to buy a sweet treat or toy or food for your pet.

This is by far my favorite pet store to shop in. The employees are always so helpful and nice. I love the variety of treats and toys they have. Being a very holistic family, we give our dog a raw food diet and the selection of raw treats they have is great. Love shopping here!

Store forces you to sign up for their mailing list of you use bills larger then $20. Illegally will not take U.S. tender even though it is clearly printed on all of currency. To be used for good or services but would not allow me to make a purchase without signing me up for something I did not want.
Will be contacting the local officials and their main head office to notify them of these forceful practices.

Great store, large selection. Most of the employees I have encountered have been very helpful and friendly. There is a lot in there and it can be very overwhelming but someone should be able to point you in the right direction to find what you're looking for.
