Today 04/24/2025 I have my colonoscopy Dr. Robert very professional 👏 I recomend he did my colonoscopy all good . Also nurses are excellent service since you come reception very kind 😇 I'm so happy this place.

This place was a nightmare... to start off you are scheduled a time to have your procedure done but if somebody happens to come before you, you get pushed back so what is the reason to even make an appointment. When I first arrived I was greeted by a wonderful nurse named June who took all my vitals. She noticed that my blood pressure was quite high and I told her I was nervous because I have had three prior surgeries that required anesthesia and I had three Strokes following the procedures. She waited a few minutes and then took my vitals on my other arm and my blood pressure came down so she felt it was safe enough for me to have my procedure done. Then I was in a lineup to have my procedure done and when I entered the surgery room the nurse just told me to jump on the table and face down. I said good morning my name is Mary who are you? She said soup and then I said excuse me what is your name is it Susu? She said yes and continued to try and push me down on the table. I told her I was not able to lay in that position that she was asking me to because I had plates rods and screws in my neck and back so my chest needed to be elevated. She handed me a pillow and told me to put my hands forward and lay chest down as we waited for the doctor to arrive. I told her that I did not want to be put to sleep because this is the first time I am seeing this doctor and I had some concerns and questions I wanted to address with him before I was put to sleep. She told me she was going to clean my line with water to make sure it was ready for when the procedure was about to start and then she pushed the anesthesia through and knocked me out before I was able to see or speak to the doctor. Was that legal? Can she put me to sleep when I asked her not to or even without a doctor in the room? After I woke up they rushed me out of the room, helped me change my clothes and put me in a line of chairs in a hallway like we were packed like a bunch of animals waiting for our ride to be picked up. It was the worst experience the most unprofessional experience of my life. I don't even know if the nurse who put me to sleep was a nurse anesthetist or even if she had the qualifications to do that. If I were you I would never go to this facility and put your life in jeopardy.

The technicians are accommodating and nice, but the system is just blatantly offensive to people who need immediate services. My mom went there for a colonoscopy but it turns out a biopsy was also involved too.

[2nd Update] DO NOT GO HERE! My mom went to a follow up and the specialist doesn’t even know what to do!! Useles!! She is reporting breathing problems after going through the colonoscopy and this is clearly a complication from the colonoscopy! She didn’t have these issues before went through the procedure!

[Update] My mom was feeling bloated during the appointment and after she felt worse and now she is in unbearable pain! She can’t even eat or barely drink water!! Her whole abdomen expanded twice the size! She is really bloated. What is this?!! On top of that, the doctor is on vacay!

Super unorganized and not punctual. My mom had an appointment at 1pm and it was 3pm already, and she didn’t even start her scan yet.
The office called me at 2pm and left a voicemail saying she was ready to get picked up, but when I arrived at about 2:15 to check in with the receptionist, she went to check and came back without saying anything. Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, went in to check again, and the receptionist then went again to check. A nurse came out to say my mom wasn’t ready yet and hasn’t even had her scan started. Don’t understand why the first girl didn’t give me an update and super unorganized to call and give false information about picking the patient up. Even called back after listening to the voicemail to check and they said she was ready to be picked up.
My mom’s appointment was at 1pm, and she waited until 4pm and still haven’t received anesthesia to start the procedure. Don’t come if you don’t have the time to sit around and wait hours for a 30-40 minute procedure.

Went to this establishment to find out my fate or shall I say what my future holds? Btw, Cancer free!had a Colonoscopy. The staff was very,. professional, caring, and quick. Called me in and my male nurse was Gallan? He was fast, caring, and gentle with putting in my I.V. Nice gentleman. All I remember is being wheeled in the surgery and being shaken, trying to wake me up. It was hard to.wake.me. I could hear my lady's voice telling me,' CHUY! Wake up!!.Come on Chuy wake up!! I wouldn't ot couldn't....then I could hear her begin to cry. I opened my eyes and saw my son Jesse walk in. Oh Shoot! I said that's my Son! Lol! They gave me after surgery instructions and paperwork to take to my Doctor's office. All is well!. I had an appointment time of 8:50, arrive by 8:30am.
Everyone that was in my wait group went in, except for me, its now 10am.
The kick is that new people were going in before us while we waited. We were told that we were next...what B.S.
A person had an 8:45 appt, she had arrived at 8am. At 9am, after new people were taken in, she asked how much longer, the girl at front desk said about 30mins more. She was called in at 9;45am.
So we asked at 10:10, where we are in the que...wait for it..."you are next."
The front desk is completely incompetent! They have no idea what's going on in the back.
The wait room started to fill up. I could hear appt. times.
One man had his appt at 9:40, and he went in abt 10am...but he got here after us.
It is now 10:15, and a new person just got called in! ENOUGH!
BEWARE..DON'T COME HERE unless you have hours to kill sitting in a COLD waiting room.

I was here to have a minor procedure done. They have the best staff. Very polite, comforting, knowledgeable, you should ask for Joyce to be your nurse to take care of you in the OR room.

I arrived at the Pacific Ambulatory Surgery Center at 8:30 this morning & was not taken into surgery until after 1:00P. They appeared to be very disorganized which is not good for a place so meone is going to for a surgocal procedure.
